This old hag messed with the wrong one today let me tell yall. This old hag had the audacity like…read moreno other and if you ever see this you're a weird cruel lady with nothing better to do. I was at checkout with my six year old niece and she was innocently playing with a singular cow balloon and had it on her finger she wasn't CHEWING ON IT! Nor PULLING IT! She was just squeezing her finger with the balloon absolutely not causing any harm to it or bothering anyone she was only talking to me and told me to look at her like any normal kid does. They play in the store and put things back she had grabbed a yellow one to show me and nicely put it back where it belonged. My niece is extremely well behaved I don't sugar coat things when it comes to children I'll tell yall that. My sister went with this lady to go look at a discounted item and this lady came back and told me my sister would be back soon. My niece was playing with the balloon still as she was before doing nothing but just having it on her finger and asked my six year old niece. "Are you going to buy that" my niece shyly said "no" and this lady goes "well you should probably put it back" my niece gets nervous and immediately does and comes to me. This lady decided she wants to discipline a child that isn't hers and says "you know why you should put it back? Because if you keep doing that the balloon will get holes in it and people get mad at me when that happens. Do you want people to get mad at me?" My niece says no and she goes "yeah? You do want people to get mad at me" my niece starts to silently cry due to this old hags tone and my niece is very apologetic and if she had done something wrong I would've told her since I'm strict on her. Fast forward my sister comes back and I didn't notice my niece crying until she did and my sister asked her why she's crying the old lady decided she could answer for my niece and says "I asked her to put the balloon back" my sister says "ok well you can tell me next time something happens" the lady says " I saw her chewing on it and pulling it with her mouth" WHAT ARE YOU A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR? I started to boil that old hag was right in front of my niece when this happened my niece knows damn better than to put anything in her mouth! She's not two. My sister asks my niece if she did and obviously she says no while her voice cracks and this lady still has the audacity to say "oh well it looked like it" instead of being a professional and bigger person which she clearly was a bigger person anyways. She didn't even apologize she just kept her narrative going. My sister decided to not buy anything and just leave. Don't go to this micheal's with your kids if they touch toys for kids like any other normal kid because obviously the wicked witch of the west is watching your kids every move and will lie and fabricate a story to make your kid look like a wreck. The quality was professional and Quinton was very friendly as well. My only wish would be that he was easier to get ahold of but he shows up on time when he says he will and gets the job done right. Our bathroom is small but it was also stuck in the 50's and had a broken senior bath. He turned it into a modern solid built showpiece with jetted tub, mood lighting, porcelain surround, Bluetooth speaker, and more. I will be using him again in the future.

Horrendous service, atrocious attitude. Ilya was a pain in the butt from the start. He was…read moredifficult to talk to on the phone, because he talked over me & didn't seem to comprehend anything I was saying to him without my explaining it several times. After booking my appointment weeks in advance (he couldn't get me in sooner than that?), he was a COMPLETE NO-SHOW. Apparently, even my texting him earlier on the same day of that first missed appointment didn't make him realize that we had an appointment that day. After he didn't show, I called him, & he rescheduled for the very next day (why did it take him weeks to get me in before?). And then he canceled the SECOND appointment an hour or two before the appointment window was ending, so effectively, a no-show 2 days in a row. (I had taken 2 days off work for him.) He told me he "didn't do" the floor repairs I needed an estimate of, though he had scheduled me for exactly that in the first place, & prior to the FIRST missed appointment, he already had photos of my flooring. Then he never texted back after just telling me he wouldn't help me. His communication was consistently slow or absent. One of the worst parts was that when I wrote a complaint about him on Yelp, he had the nerve to reply & say he had never heard of me & that we had never done business together, not realizing I've got ALL the receipts--incoming & outgoing phone calls to his phone number, and texts showing exactly what he said to me & when he said it--he even signed his name to those texts. When I called him out on his outright lies, telling him I could prove it, he literally immediately deleted & rewrote his reply to me to be all sweet and apologetic, which REPLACED the answer where he basically called me a liar & said he had no idea who I was and that we had never been in contact. (He replied that to someone else awhile back, too. Makes me think that was a lie as well.) Ilya is a DOUBLE NO-SHOW, an outright liar, & a real piece of work. SUPER shady. Two examples include rebuilding a cedar sided deck that was rotten in various areas (including support beams) and rot coming from a separate window trim. Ilya and his crew supplied images detailing the damage the the plan as he moved forward, keeping us informed the entire time (as this was more of an exploratory style of job, since we were unsure how deep the rot would go). He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. We're grateful for his work quality and have recommended him to friends over the years, as well.

The 5 times he showed up for work he kept saying how easy the job would be but worked no longer than 2 hours at a time. This 8 month process was originally stated that it would take no longer then 3 weeks to complete. Don't know what to do! guess lawyers will have to get involved at this point to help get money back.
