As always Hobby Lobby delivers! When you can't meet your sister for lunch because of Covid closures you make a Hobby Lobby date instead! We walked every isle and I logged 3 miles on my Fitbit all while shopping!!!! The sales were excellent! The treasures I came home with make me so happy!!!! I am on a black and white check theme and I found so many fun things! They were changing over to Spring and Valentines decorating. The store is well stocked, clean and friendly staff! Always a good place to pick up craft items, gifts and decor. The store carries everything from fabrics to craft to signs (and quotes) to silk plants/flowers to candles/essential oils to name it, they more than likely have it! They do not have as many floor staff as Michaels so when you see one, don't let him/her go! The fabric department is usually staffed with just one person so if someone is ahead of you, it may be a long wait. Their inventory constantly changes, so if you see something you like, get it as it may not be there next week. Lots of parking, but remember... the store is closed on Sundays! read more

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but the service at this location was so bad it was almost unbelievable. There were 3 cashiers that were so busy socializing that they couldn't help me find what I was looking for. Then when I was checking out they were very snotty and put someone in front of me. I will never return to this location and if I need crafts locally I will for sure choose Michaels or Joanne's. read more

One thing Hobby Lobby stores are good at is maintaining the same standards of quality, store layout and selection at every location, nationwide. I can attest to this as I've been to their stores all over the United Stares and am never disappointed. This particular location is nice because it's surrounded by restaurants / bars / frozen yogurt shops, so you can go get a bite to eat or a drink afterwards if you like. read more

My wife and I both love hobby lobby! The people are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Some of the prices are a little all over the place. Some prices seem insane and others fair. Also, who do they think they're kidding with furniture always marked down. You could spend quite some time and money here but will be glad you did. They didn't get all covid crazy here like some places. Shop here. You'll be glad you did! Oh, and best of all nice clean easily accessed restrooms! read more

It's really hard to give this store a mediocre review. The services is outstanding! The store is exceptionally clean and well cared for! All product is well stocked with the exception of candles. Do not go here to buy candles. They have not had a decent stock since about 2 weeks after opening. Sadly it is a corporate issue not a store issue! read more

I typically shop at this local Hobby Lobby for my craft business supplies but two days ago (9/22/18) I had the most unfortunate customer service experience at this location in Smokey Point, WA, which was compounded by the store manager's lack of competency in resolving customer complaints. In fairness both of the employees (working the registers) were pleasant and very helpful; however, a gentleman working on the floor was unbelievably rude to me, as well as other shoppers, and should not have been interacting with the public. He was clearly disgruntled as he was angrily mumbling under his breath and he cussed at me and rolled his eyes because I was in his way in the aisle while he was attempting to sweep. I let it go the first two times but after the third encounter in which he mocked me when I approached him about his demeanor towards me & my two daughters, I had had enough and asked to speak with the store manager. I've been in retail management for many years so I asked the manager to discreetly step aside with me, away from other customers, so that I could calmly explain the situation that had just transpired. He approached me and listened to what I had to say without a word of kindness, a smile, or anything that could have diffused the escalating situation. He had zero empathy for what I had experienced as a customer and simply stated to me that he would talk to the employee and then proceeded to walk away from me. Without wanting to make a scene, because I was livid at that point, I simply left my cart full of $100+ worth of merchandise that I had collected over the past 1.5 hours and left the store in disgust. In this day and age of Amazon.com and other online shops, consumers have choices on where to spend our money, and big box stores like this have got to step it up with regard to customer service or they're going to find themselves part of the demise of the retail brick and mortar . Up until this point I always found HL had better customer service than their competitors, but never again. The manager had an opportunity to rectify this bad situation and he failed and for that they've permanently lost a good customer. I'm in the process of addressing their corporate office on this as I believe their executives need to re-evaluate their customer service criteria and frankly train this particular manager on how to best deal with conflict resolution, which is an inevitable component of his position. read more
