It's one thing to say "No, thank you, that's not what we are looking for", and another thing to sneer from across the room in front of other customers and staff and make your potential customer feel embarrassed and humiliated. I had no idea what you do and don't take to sell. I'll never go back and will tell others of my experience as well! If you are selling second hand items, perhaps being a little less uppity would help. What an awful experience :(

She recommended the clearance Dryer which fit my needs perfectly. I appreciate how quickly she let me know where and which one would be good for me. The only problem I had was it was not mentioned to me that there was a "huge" dent in the lower right side of the dryer. As it was on the floor, as a floor model, between another dryer, I could not see the damage at all. In her defense Heena may not have known this as well. And the person in the back who wrapped it would have but, most likely, thought someone had mentioned this to me. It does work great, so I am not upset as it was shell damage and not mechanical. Not bad for a clearance model. The price was very reasonable, we were able to also rent a hitch and dolly, they made sure we understood how the hitch worked and made sure it was on properly. The trailer was super light, easy to handle, clean and well maintained. They even called us the day after we dropped it off, because they noticed on their surveillance cameras that we dropped it off earlier than planned and they wanted to give us one days rent back. Amazing customer service. I would definitely use again.

I was prepared to hold out till I went down to Vancouver for Spence diamonds but we are happy with our choice, Marley was great. UPDATE: We ended up getting our engagement ring, two wedding bands and a necklace. I priced around and they are quite competitively priced. I ended up sending a coworker to get her ring fixed as well.

The customer service is always fantastic! Summer provided excellent customer service for my daughter and I as we were shopping. The dressing rooms were occupied so she let us use the washroom to try on clothes so we could start shopping for the correct sizes from the start, which allowed us to complete our shopping efficiently. She also checked in every once in awhile to make sure we were doing well and offered to take our bag to start scanning while we were finishing up which also allowed things to move smoothly!
