I highly suggest printing out your free, online credit report and having it in hand while filling out the information. After I completed my workbook to the best of my ability, I scheduled an appointment with him. Two days later, I walked through his door and we went over the workbook together, including the parts I didn't understand. I paid him the $200 in cash, got a receipt, and he said he would call me. Seven (7) days later, about noon and on a Friday, I got the OK to come in and review the final document. I went into his office the very same day about 4:00 pm. The document was perfect, so I signed it in addition to some legal paperwork. John made another copy of the bankruptcy filing documents for me. We discussed the next steps. Monday, I went to the US Bankruptcy Court in downtown Phoenix at 8:00 am when the doors opened. I paid to park. At 8:30 am, the bankruptcy suite door opened and I was first in line. The clerk went over my document. She kept one and stamped the other in order to make it a receipt of sorts. She told me what John said I should expect her to say. She told me my court date & time in addition to the fact I should expect a letter in the mail with instructions on what more documents I need to prepare and bring back to court. I was gone by 9:00 am. It was really fast with John's prepared documents. Bring a little notebook in order to take notes if necessary. It's easiest to pull in and out of the parking lot when headed west. 07-10-2017: My Chapter 7 Bankruptcy was approved and went uncontested by creditors. During the meeting with the trustee, a woman who spoke ESL had a lawyer present. In the meeting, the trustee discovered that vital paperwork was NOT emailed to his office. This disqualifies applicants. However, the trustee blamed the lawyer since he was handling the case. I am 1/2 way intelligent, speak EFL, and followed John's instructions. I saved money by doing it this way because I did NOT need a lawyer with John's professional guidance.

I as a first-time successor trustee had no idea how to start in recovering them. Some of the financial institutions mentioned probate as an option, but with no experience, I was hesitant to tackle that myself. Fortunately I found Julie at Arizona Probate LLC. After she phone-interviewed me to get an understanding of my mother's assets, she suggested I use a "Small Estate Affidavit", which she prepared for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Happily, my mother's financial institutions both accepted the Small Estate Affidavit and released the assets so that I could settle the estate. Julie was a huge help. With her on the team, the process was clear, easy and affordable. I highly recommend Arizona Probate LLC and Julie. I would readily hire her again any time I needed estate work.

I hired Julie of Arizona Probate, LLC after firing another service who was completely incompetent & caused me two months of unnecessary stress & delay. I was so thankful to find Julie. To say she's been a life saver is no exaggeration. She is knowledgeable, competent & also a fiduciary, which is an added bonus. The process went from being a nightmare to being handled professionally and in a timely manner. Julie is also just a nice person to work with. I spoke to many other services and I think Julie really stands out among the crowd. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with the Probate process.

Aquí solo van a batallar desde el primer día. Los errores son constantes y los resultados simplemente no existen. This firm showed me a pattern of behavior that no client should ever ignore: Basic mistakes on simple tasks like change‑of‑address forms- repeated, careless, and never corrected. Constant turnover of paralegals, forcing clients to repeat the same information because no one communicates internally. Misleading "Spanish‑speaking" advertising. Only the paralegals speak Spanish. The attorneys do not. More communication from billing than from the attorney. When the billing department contacts you more than your lawyer, the priorities are clear -- and they are not the client. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. The mismatch between their five‑star ratings and the consistent complaints about money and lack of results is impossible to ignore. I'm writing this so others don't have to go through what I did. The lack of consistency, transparency, and professionalism is alarming, and the firm's priorities are nowhere near where they should be.
