He got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable price. On the other job I had a 25' section of a side fence and he worked with me and my neighbor to get the job done. He's fast, cleans up his work completely, and does the job exactly as specified. He's friendly, professional, and fun to chat with. His bids were all honest, affordable, and the jobs were finished as expected by his bids. The only down side is that whenever someone does honest, affordable work they get too busy. He's usually booked out a few weeks, but he's always returned my messages promptly. I can only hope that someday he can find someone else that works as honestly as he does so he can expand his business. In the mean time, though, you'll have a hard time finding someone better to work on your fences. He's worth the wait.

Francisco was a good communicator and the shop can do truly custom work, not just assemble pieces from catalogs. We combined both, adding two custom design elements - longer end-piece loops at the street-end of the rails and semi-circles at the top, which curve around the existing wooden porch columns. We needed to make some corrections when the crew came to measure. Overall, we strongly recommend this shop and love the finished handrails.
