From the time I came into the office my mind was set at ease with the friendly behavior from the staff. After going over xrays and even having an image done on my tooth it was determined sadly that there was a crack in the root and Doctor Malueg who was very honest and nice said they could do the root canal, but it would not solve the problem and I would have the same problem down the line so she recommended an extraction and implant would be the only thing I could do. So although it was not the outcome I hoped for and getting my tooth issue fixed I felt that the honesty of the dentistry and the extreme friendly staff. If I had to get this kind of work done (hopefully not) I would come back here and recommend it.

Dr. Edwards has an amazing bedside manner, and personality. He and his assistant talked during my procedure. It was very general topic (TV) so I didn't feel as if they were talking as if I was not in the room. At one point Dr. Edwards, as he was drilling my tooth said something so funny...very hard not to laugh...very hard!! My wife, and my oldest son both come here as well. It is a great experience for all of us. They use technology very effectively. I get text messages with appointment reminders, and they sent me an email a few hours after I checked out wanting feedback. Best yet they deal with my insurance and are more then willing to work with you on a payment plan if needed. Honestly this is the type of service that you want to see everywhere!!

She spent more time talking to her assistant than me and seemed unprofessional at times, including making disparaging remarks about another patient in my presence. When she administered the numbing agent it was completely painless. Her technique was the best I have ever experienced. She also used only the amount necessary for the procedure itself to be painless and did not over use the agent to where my face was numb for hours. The root canal procedure was done very quickly and again painlessly. I have had numerous dental procedures over many years and I must say that today was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Moreover, she did everything required in one session and not requiring additional procedures on another day. I told Dr. Munn that her dental work on me today was fabulous and I was going to tell everyone that should they require her services, I wholeheartedly endorse her professional quality of care.
