I gave them the church's name and the church's address where the memorial service was being held and they instead delivered a funeral home that nothing is taking place at. Because of their error, they not only inconvenienced the grieving family, but now there will be no flowers from us at my friend's memorial service. Not only that, but my contact information was given, the recipient's contact info, and the church's name and address, if they were unsure by any of that, they had plenty of info to ask. This is a very sensitive time for not only myself, but the grieving family and there was no excuse for this error, and unfortunately one they can't undo as this was our final farewell to our friend. Edit, I'm updating my 1star to a 3 because they did contact me and offer to make it right and explained the situation and I appreciate that.

Not only were they the most elegant but were also freshest so they lasted longest. If they deliver an arrangement when recipients aren't home, they will call and let them know where flowers were left. Boiling Springs Florist provides great customer service and fair prices for quality. They will certainly be our "go to" florist in Shelby. They helped us customize a casket spray and standing spray to our liking including changing colors, adding things to help with our request. The flowers when we walked into the funeral today were absolutely stunning, we had so many people ask who did the flowers and were shocked on how beautiful they were, not to mention the price. The flowers were wonderful except for the garden roses, about a third of those weren't usable, so I recommend you order more than you need. Regarding the bouquet, I had someone pick it up for me. When they brought it to the venue, it was completely the wrong style. We had sent pictures, but they weren't references in making it. However, when I called, they immediately sent Someone to pick it up and redo it. They got it back to us in time for first look photos. Excellent service. They made a mistake, but took ownership and fixed it with grace.
