Called initially to see if we needed to go in (I didn't want to visit unless we truly needed to…read moreduring this Covid19 situation). The receptionist/lady who answered the call was nice. They offered a service over the phone called Telemed. She asked what were the symptoms and the symptoms described, suggested to actually come to the office. We did. When we walked in, they requested paperwork to be completed immediately. My Bf doesn't have health insurance and they asked for ID. As he was handing over his ID cards and paperwork, the ladies behind the desk diligently wiped down the ID card, pen, clipboard. It was comforting to see them take the extra steps to sanitize. Paperwork was completed and the nurse called him in 5 mins later. The nurse asked me if I wanted to go in with him or stay out in the car. They wanted to keep the waiting area as cleared as possible to avoid having to come in contact with other people who were coming in. Wait time was fast, place is clean, process is efficient. Customer service was satisfactory!
