An automatic phone system that doesn't fit all. You get redirected to technical when you just need someone to give you your pin. 2. Customer service is often highly accented during normal business hours. They are trying to help, I just don't understand them. 3. It's hard to get ahold of a human being. When you do, there are long waits, and occasionally, you get disconnected. 4. Please be clearer on the website what period of time. I am being billed for. Mobile seems to bill behind, internet slightly ahead. I am changing service and am not sure what I owe, even tracing back all bills to my initial enrollment. 5. Why can't I update my address. I am no longer at the address you have on file. I want to pay what I owe or get any refunds due me. 6. Why, if my internet is canceled, do I have to pay you $50 more for two mobile lines. I don't see any discounts on my bill. I don't see anything in my enrollment. I was only intending to cancel the internet, but I ended up needing to cancel everything. Dealing with a brick and mortar store in San Francisco was easy. They are knowledgeable but limited in what you allow them to do. Your automated system and your apps are frustrating and not user-friendly for far too many things. I liked Xfinity, please look into improving the things I mentioned. I did like that you could immediately see trouble on the line when I didn't and send a great tech to fix it, free.

Think Music is your primary spot for getting music and renting movies at the same time. 1 Shot gives you your caffeine fix. Chez Bow Wow makes your puppy happy. DNA Salon makes you happy thanks to your new hair cut. Art Star hooks you up with some cool arts and crafts and then some. and then you can go to Bar Ferdinand or Deuce for a good bite to eat and some great drinks. Liberties Walk also has some great events. Deuce has a great Open Mic night every Sunday Night. You can browse through a rack of Massachusetts brand Penfield, Brooklyn's The Hill-Side and Copenhagen's fresh menswear line Norse Projects (the only place in Philly that carries this brand). The back of the store showcases beautiful hardcover tomes from Taschen Books and U.S. stationery brand Field Notes. The shop also carries their own line of T shirts with smart and bold graphics created in-house. What I like most about P's & Q's is not their stocklist but their overall vibe. The design of the interior is gorgeous. There is wood everywhere including the floors, shelving units and islands. There is something about wood that is just naturally inviting and warm. The occasional incense stick helps also to relieve the stress of shopping (it's hard for dudes sometimes). The entire staff is also super friendly and helpful, and most of all laid back and unpretentious. There is nothing worse than dropping a few hundred dollars in a shop and leave feeling like they did YOU the favor!
