I kept my vehicle there because I like to keep my money and my community, but wasn't really satisfied with my service as this is the second time this problem has happened to my vehicle since they have worked on it... It was about two months before I got it out from them the first time. I assumed that since it was the same problem as it was before that troubleshooting should be easy and that I could get my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. I really disappointed as I call to check on my vehicle it is always busy or I get the answering system that doesn't allow for messages to be left. They listened to what we wanted for a vehicle and the amenities, while keeping the price down as able. They were kind and personable and just knew their vehicles and people! It should give you a good feeling when you're getting a vehicle and there's like five other people getting a car at the same time-It goes to show that it wasn't just one salesman it was a lot of them.Their service department is amazing because they contact us when it's time for the car to come in and have an oil change or whatever service may be needed. I called about a truck i saw on edmunds. I was put in touch with Joseph. He was great to work with…read more We talked for a bit and when I saw that the price of the truck had gone up the week before. I asked if they would sell it for the original price. (Edmunds has a price history so you can see if it has gone up or down.) Joseph asked his manager and called me back with a yes. He also asked if I was intrested in financing through them but we had our bank working on it already. They sent all the paperwork to our bank with out a delay. We signed with our bank and the purchase agreement with Lithia. I had to book a flight to fly in from Salt Lake City and asked if they would pick me up from the airport. Joseph said he would be happy to when I land. My flight had issues and was delayed by six hours. I called Joseph and let him know and he said that he would be happy to pick me up from the hotel the next morning. Next morning comes around and he picks me up. We finish up paperwork, the truck is washed and filled up with diesel fuel. Most dealerships don't fill up the fuel on used vehicles but it sure is nice when they do. Small gestures go along way especially when you are spending a lot on a vehicle these days. I will definitely be buying from this dealership again if I am ever looking for another vehicle. They don't even deserve one star…read more My elderly mother has been waiting four years just to get information about having her car repaired. Yes, you read that correctly--four years. Their communication is extremely poor. They were unable to properly diagnose or fix the problems with the vehicle, and we were repeatedly given misleading information. To make matters worse, they had the car towed without notifying us or getting our approval. As a result, my mother is now stuck with a $1,222 towing bill. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
