They fixed the issue and let me know my car needed further maintenance. I was happy to get my brakes, roters, and a break light replaced as I would be driving to Seattle. When I was told about what work needed to be done, I was specifically told I did not need an air filter. Im not sure if that was an honest assessment. They must have forgotten to check the cabin air filter because when I finally picked up my car and turned the AC on, it smelt like a dead animal. Come to find out i had a dead mouse, feces, and urine soaking into the air filter. Nice suprise for a 7 hour drive to Seattle, with no AC in 90 degree weather. We couldnt stand the smell and I was having an allergic reaction all the way to Seattle. Oh and cherry on top, all the panels they removed inside my car for the Recall work they did, was just thrown in the back seat never got put back on. Lousy workers, I never liked taking my car to a dealership, and after this, never again.

I had an air-conditioning issue that turned out to be the return line to the compressor having a leak in it (which I pointed out after having found it myself) when they called me back, I was told a quote of $2000 or more for this repair. They told me my condenser was broken. Which really turned out to just be a bracket piece holding it that snapped. I went to AutoZone and bought a return line for $80 and did it myself in 10 minutes when I was told the labor was gonna be six hours. Extremely not happy since he charged me $160 to top off my fluids and called it a diagnostic even though I pointed out the issue. Sure hope somebody sees this so I can get my money back. Not coming back here ever again.

Lithia Ford of Missoula diagnosed it was the rear wire harness and they would have to special order it. After two weeks I called to inquire about the status and was told it wasn't in yet. Three weeks, no parts. So I called another Ford dealer and asked them for price and availabilty. 12 were available in the warehouse and it would be $409, at my door in 5 days. I was hesitant to rely on Lithia Ford of Missoula's proper diagnosis of the faulty part and didn't want to shell out $400 on a non-returnable part. Four weeks after the "special order" and I call Lithia Ford of Missoula again. "Oh, it just came in today." I made an appointment for 8/21/2025. Harness was installed in about 45 minutes. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for over an hour while I waited for the technician to finish the billing. When he hands me the repair order it's $1135 - $995 in parts and $180 in labor. I was understandably shocked. The technician then asks me to give him a glowing review of his fine work. I told him I don't work for free either. I purchased the lifetime oil change at the time I took delivery of my vehicle when purchased new. I refuse to step foot in this dealership ever again so I buy my Rotella oil at WalMart and do it myself.

They did not have it on the lot (we already knew this as we did some homework first.). They said they can only stock what the dealership sends them. Second time around, again my wife was looking for a specific vehicle (which was advertised online) but was open to purchasing a different one if necessary. Unfortunately they did not have that particular vehicle and so we decided to leave. The sales person came and informed us that the manager wants to talk so we were hoping that they'd be willing to work with us on a different vehicle. My wife asked what kind of incentives was available NOW, if she bought a higher end model. Well, poor thing for the salesman, he lost a sale, because the manager kept us waiting for over 30 minutes and when he finally came to talk to us, the best he could do was $500 below MSRP

I told them it wasn't like this, to which the service guy lied and said yes it was and that there wasn't anything they could do. A new fob and key was over $200. I had to pay for that and they did nothing. If you use them, please take photos of your car and belonging in case they try to pull this on you. They also said I needed an oil change when I had just got one done the week before (service sticker on the windshield and everything). Highly recommend going elsewhere. Update as of 8/2/24: The new fob wouldn't program with my car. I went and spoke to the service manager. He was a nice and fair guy. Got a full refund and he had his guys fix my key. Although they cracked it, they should have replaced it. So disappointed on that but I was satisfied with the fix and got my money back. One thing to note was the managers kindness and listening skills. Also, their actual front desk lady was kind and understanding as well. I recommend if you do have issues, just go talk to the managers. They are reasonable people.

When we first visited it took 5+ hours of sitting in the office waiting for various people IN THE OFFICE to communicate with each other. Should have walked then and there but I was huge pregnant and we needed a car right away. Then the car they approved us for (at more than twice the price we had said we wanted to spend) had a broken center console/seat which the salesman swore up and down would be fixed before we picked it up from the detail/finishing touches folks. It wasn't in the slightest and was if possible even looser and more broken. But the issue that really prompted me to write this review is a title issue. They have had a YEAR to get the title to us so we can register the car again (they let us register it originally as a courtesy because it was within the first month and assumed that they would send the title to the DMV as we had requested multiple times) and are now dodging calls and saying that they will send it to their title person and have them get back to me within a few days. needless to say that has never happened. Tl;dr? They're horrible scam artists, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AT EVERY TURN!

I actually stumbled across All American by chance, saw a perfect Dodge sitting on their lot and took a look. That's when I met Ken, who was absolutely the most relaxed, down-to-Earth guy I could have run across. Went out of his way to make it clear that he was about "zero pressure" and was there to help me if I wanted or needed it. Test drove the truck, grabbed his card, and the following day he worked with me to significantly bring the price down to what I intended to spend; also making arrangements to add a topper and rack (which I required). I immediately took the 1999 truck to a mechanic for an inspection and discovered it to be in the same perfect condition Ken had assured me it was. I've never purchased a used vehicle from a car lot in the past, but after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate in checking with Ken before buying anything in the future. For the price I paid, it is really everything I was looking for and significantly less than anything equal being sold by private parties.
