We then were told that the trade up value has to be double than the original. That came as a surprise to me as I was never told that. So I asked to speak with a manager to see if he would be willing to work with me. I told him how we were never told anything about the trade-in value being double, upon buying the first ring. He just kept repeating himself that they disclose everything when they sell a ring. Well, they didn't. He was basically just calling me a liar. Then he flip flopped between "We disclose everything" and "We don't have to disclose anything". This manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't let him manage a $1 burger joint. I'd rather pawn the ring and buy a new one somewhere else than to deal with this individual ever again. It's a business's employees that make or break a business. And this "manager" most definitely isn't making it.

This place has some really beautiful pieces. It has both local artist's work as well Fair Trade work. The shop owner was very nice and very knowledgeable. I found her to be very eager to sell things. She said, "It's for sale" or "Is be happy to sell it to you" several times. I understand she's a small business owner and needs to sell things in order to stay in business.
