They were not sweet at all so do not match well with the clams. The fried oysters Po' Boy has a generous portion of oyster and fries. The dipping sauce was really good with the fries. She really made the experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Lyndon, the manager. He was incredibly welcoming and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience.
