I booked a drop-off time just before closing time on Tuesday, they called me on Wednesday to discuss something, and I was able to pick up my bike on Thursday morning. Why can't computer service outfits not work as smoothly?

They told me they'd need the measurements so I accommodated them and waited to hear back. After 8-9 days I emailed them but got no response, and eventually asked a friend who lives in Frankfurt to call. He was told that they wouldn't be able to do it, but they never bothered to respond. By that time, no other shop in town could do it on such short notice so I packed it myself. Very poor communication. A simple email response would have been enough.

I write to report my bad experience with this shop. Last…read moreSaturday I brought my bike there for reparation (flat tyre). They changed both tube and tyre. A couple of days after I used the bike for no more than two hours before the same tyre were flat again. I brought my bike there again only to be told that the cause of the puncture was in the mechanism of the wheel of my bike and most certainly the same cause of the first puncture. They refused to recognise the fact that the first reparation was handled badly and, as a result of their mistake, I had to pay for a new tube (and related work) twice. I take this to be a dishonest and unfair piece of conduct. I will not use this shop any more in the future and urge anyone else to do the same

(It was an easy fix: the chain was too tight). Although I speak some German (and they encouraged me too) they spoke perfectly good English and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough. Solid work as well, and quite a good price!
