    Certainly doesn't like $125 worth

    as an update to the following review. The installer did come back out and made everything look better.I do appreciate Paris coming out, still feel I paid way too much and wouldn't do it again Definitely not happy I expected something more professional and a cleaner neater looking result for the money i spent! $475.00 for some wire grating stapled to my house. I was upset and called the owner Robbie. he was extremely rude and nasty! The installers did return to try to make things right, I do appreciate them trying to get everything right! but honestly the owner made me so mad that I just had to leave this review just for him!! And hopefully whoever reads this will think twice before giving this company any of their hard earned money.

    Do not use these guys this is how they will leave your yard. Then when you call to make a complaint the owner will be rude and tell you they are not responsible to clean up after themselves. Last people that did this service used a tarp to collect all the debris not dump it into the yard. Theses guys will dump it in your yard and leave it for you to clean. My yard is now infested with flies cause they sprayed all the bird debris from under my solar panels using my hose into my yard then left all the debris and couldn't even return the hose to where it was. Horrible service on the technician end as well as the customer service end. Do not recommend.

    I never had a chance to write an update, but I feel it's important for people to know what kind of people these are. After posting my original review, I received an email from Robbie, who threatened to sue me for "deformation of character" (he meant defamation). I've noticed there are zero bad reviews, and I can't believe the service we received was a one-off, considering how ridiculous the entire situation was. I wonder if he's threatened others, causing them to remove their reviews... Anyway, be very careful with this business. There are better pest control services out there.

    We recently added solar panels to our roof. It was within no time at all the birds colonized under them and then started perching on the ledge of the front of our house. It was insane how fast they just moved in. Your technician, Wisdom, came in and fixed the problem! It took several hours of clean up and install, but he was very thorough and cleaned up everything. Very polite and easy to talk to as well. Thank you!!

    So I'm giving two stars because they actually did a good job on the netting but while they were pressure washing on a nice and sunny day they spray water into a vent , which cause water to our ceiling and then try to say that it wasn't them and that we had a roof issue. We just moved in and had multiple people on our roof before purchasing the house so we knew there was no roof issue. It had also rained several times before with no leaking or damage to our ceiling until the day they pressure washed. After talking to them several times the solution they came up with was we should hire a roofer and if the roofer said it was their fault we would get $100. I'm sure it cost more than a $100 to hire a roofer and that wouldn't cover the repairs. P.S it rained two days later and there was no additional leak. So yea they did a good job on the netting but if they messed up they won't take responsibility for it.

    Front entryway 30 days after Pigeons R Us came to remedy our pigeon problem.

    The only thing I can say is, buyer beware! No of the server but the customer or shall I say, lack of customer service from Robbie.

Casey was able to trap 2 elusive Racoons that were becoming a bit aggressive in my yard. He relocated these racoons and 1 rascally squirrel for me. He also helped with a bird that was caught in my kitchen vent. Most recently, Nicole assisted my parents by sealing areas on the roof where a bird got stuck in the vents at their home. We have had other experiences with hawks and ducks too! When they do catch the animal, they make sure to feed and get them healthy so that when they are relocated, the animals are in good health to survive in the wild. They are the Wildlife whisperers.

I had a "large" bird nest in a tree in the front yard of my home. Casey provided me a tentative quote I found to be fair and reasonable and explained he'd need to contact the office and that I should in turn expect a call by the next day. And as promised, Nicole called and must say that between the two I have rarely encountered such professional, honest and genuinely knowledgable people in all my years in business. Rob came out the following day and rang the front doorbell only after he had successfully removed the nest and knew exactly what species it was and was on his way with virtually no interruption whatsoever. Friendly, efficient and honest, fair market pricing. What else can a homeowner ask for these days? I highly recommend Fox Wildlife Services.

Despite repeated treatments for subterranean termites, I continue to see new mud tubes appearing in the same areas. Each visit follows the same pattern: spot treatment, reassurance that "they never really go away," and the explanation that it would take years before any real damage occurs. No meaningful effort has been made to aggressively locate the source of the infestation, identify entry points, or discuss colony-level eradication options. After owning my home since 2017, I find it hard to accept that recurring activity over many years is simply "normal" or unavoidable. At some point, continued reappearance indicates that the treatment approach is not working. I also would have expected clearer documentation, a long-term plan, or recommendations beyond repeated spraying. The technicians are polite and professional, but the overall approach feels complacent and reactive rather than thorough or solution-oriented. Homeowners should ask very specific questions about inspection methods, treatment strategy, and whether the goal is actual eradication or just ongoing maintenance. It's an endless loop of reoccurring maintenance contract renewals, with no real maintenance. I'm now seeking a second opinion. I expressed my frustration to this company and shared that, at this point, it felt like there was no aggressive or proactive plan to address the ongoing termite activity. I also mentioned that I may need to seek a second opinion. What stood out most was the lack of concern or effort to address my dissatisfaction. It's disappointing, especially since customer relationships are built by the smaller, consistent efforts, regardless of the size of the company.
