Had them out for a termite inspection. The tech was fine, showed on time, no issues. They wanted to perform a whole home prevention treatment for $2500. The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. The quoted treatment aside, my main concern was the lack of follow through on the quote. Due to the perceived urgency of matter I contacted the company the day following the inspection and requested to schedule/ pay for the service. I was told that the tech did not enter the quote/ visit information into the system, and they would contact me later that day to get everything scheduled. But, they never contacted me again. I am not implying they are dishonest by promoting a more expensive treatment, but my overall experience was subpar. read more

I do not recommend this company at all. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to the other companies I got a bid from. Also the guy they sent out was really creepy. He wanted to go all through the house rooting around our closets which isn't required for an inspection. None of the other companies did this. Despite repeated treatments for subterranean termites, I continue to see new mud tubes appearing in the same areas. Each visit follows the same pattern: spot treatment, reassurance that "they never really go away," and the explanation that it would take years before any real damage occurs. No meaningful effort has been made to aggressively locate the source of the infestation, identify entry points, or discuss colony-level eradication options. After owning my home since 2017, I find it hard to accept that recurring activity over many years is simply "normal" or unavoidable. At some point, continued reappearance indicates that the treatment approach is not working. I also would have expected clearer documentation, a long-term plan, or recommendations beyond repeated spraying. The technicians are polite and professional, but the overall approach feels complacent and reactive rather than thorough or solution-oriented. Homeowners should ask very specific questions about inspection methods, treatment strategy, and whether the goal is actual eradication or just ongoing maintenance. It's an endless loop of reoccurring maintenance contract renewals, with no real maintenance. I'm now seeking a second opinion. I expressed my frustration to this company and shared that, at this point, it felt like there was no aggressive or proactive plan to address the ongoing termite activity. I also mentioned that I may need to seek a second opinion. What stood out most was the lack of concern or effort to address my dissatisfaction. I contacted this business to get an estimate for a pigeon problem I was having in my home. We had this same problem 20 years ago and it had been resolved until recently when the pigeons came back due to the plastic spikes weathering and breaking. I was told by the person who came out that I would receive an estimate of what the costs would be within 24-48 hours. It took 5 days to get an email estimate and I only received this because I called to see when we would be getting it. The estimate was 3 times the amount of other estimates we received and when I let the company know that we would not be using them I was accused of being "cheap" by the estimator. We have used Bill's for termite control for over 10 years so when we were unable to rid a rat from our back yard, we had you come to help. You agreed to 4 follow up visits setting 4 traps. On the first follow up, there was evidence that the rat was injured and on the 2nd followup the rat was dead. The 4 visits were completed with no evidence of another rat and with disinfectent applied. We believe the charge of $825 was excessive and probably will not renew our termite agreement next year. read more
