If you navigate from the Visitor's Center, it is conveniently located like 5 minutes away. Parking is very limited, but like others have said, if you wait a few minutes, someone will leave. We ate inside because I wanted to look at all the pictures and stuff on the walls. Stormy was an amazing server. She attended to our every need, and helped us with directions to where we were going. We both had the brisket sandwich, and I can't say enough about this brisket. Perfectly smoked, moist on the inside, and the PERFECT amount of crisp char on the outside to give it a little crunch. It's topped in battered onions. My hubby had a side of the Mac and cheese with his, and I was jealous that I didn't get any. It looked perfectly gooey and incredibly cheesy! A sign out front announced the hot dog special. Two dogs with mustard, slaw, chili, and onions. Also included chips and drink. Our order arrived fairly quickly. The dogs were really good. We ate on the front porch on a nice fall day. The place is a small store that serves good food. Glad we stopped.

Don't go to the dollar general store in Lookout if you are handicapped. They discriminate against…read morethe handicapped! I waited as long as I could I know they had to have seen me standing there im as big as a damn barn but they ignored me. So I finally said does anybody work here? Nobody acknowledged I had said anything. I was hurting so bad standing there to get checked out so I screeched somebody needs to get their ass up front. All the employees then were up front including the manager that informed me I did not need to cuss and screech like that. I hadn't started cussing yet. I was at the point of crying I was in so much pain but the manager acted like I had committed a huge sin. She said I cussed her employees. I diff not cuts them I started a fact they needed somebody's ass up front to check people out. They have 3 employees 2 can stock shelves while one is at the register at all times. The man that checked me out was very nice. The manager on the other hand is not nice she should be replaced for not know how to do her job and for bitching at customers and discriminating against handicapped customers.
