There was a Code Blue the patient was without oxygen for 7-10 minutes Critical care Doctors determined there would be no recovery of brain activity and the patient passed away 3 days later. When it came time for the settlement hearing the Lawyer was never ready so it was cancelled because he would say he needed to get another consultant but never did inquire about other consultants, I only have 2 reports one with NO DATE from consultant, one stating the Nurses failed the check bedside glucose within 6 hour time limit so CODE BLUE blood glucose below 20 I sent a letter to Attorney Kevin Boissoneault CEO there was no form of communication was returned. The lawyer Disciplinary board said he should Communicate better with him clients. In February 2025 the attorney told me he could only get about 25,000 for my sister's death which was an insult consituring that she died because of Nursing neglect and Doctors who were Hospitalist and should have been aware of the patient medical records and the change in medication. So I wouldn't recommend this Law Office for Medical malpractice cases. I was told they didn't want to spend any more money on the case I told the Attorney it was like someone shooting a person and they get to walk away from there actions. So as I stated above he said her LIFE was ONLY WORTH 25,000.00 dollars.
