The woman on the phone, Nicole, told me she would be complimentary and that she could do my booking over the phone instead of me having to book online- I obliged. Lo and behold I was charged an "event fee" of $55 dollars for booking over the phone instead of booking myself online. For 4 adults bowling from 430-630pm on a Saturday night, shoe rentals, 2 alcoholic drinks and an appetizer platter we paid $315. Three hundred and fifteen dollars. I'm utterly flabbergasted. Our server was great, the lanes were well kept. The arcade was extremely subpar. We were sat in the same lane as a middle school aged child's birthday party. Will not be returning for the prices alone.

He wasted 25 minutes arguing about a price that was different from what the internet has stated. Explained that we have been calling several times prior to arriving to make sure lanes were available. No one picked up and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message for a call back that was probably never going to happen after realizing how your staff treats new customers to your establishment. Asked for an email or a phone number to his manager, btw Joshua Q is the General Manager one I am speaking of. He needs coaching or needs to find a new job. He started shaking profusely yelling and screaming as he was trying to explain why there are different prices but it made no sense. He asked us to leave when I asked if he was willing to lose a customer for life over a miscommunication on the internet. He told me to pay the prices or get out and go to Bristol Bowlero lanes. He then handed my lady a receipt from someone else's order and it was a hotline to his manager. It was a guest questionnaire that states it will give my $5 off bowling on my next visit but he wasn't willing to waive the 5-dollar discrepancy at the time. Lied, he is a bold-faced layer and a horrible person. I then called him up asking for the correct number for his manager but he refused to provide, he continued hanging up on me as I asked for a contact. He then said guestservices@luckystrike.com, but I believe this is also a bogus contact. Bottom line, this kid needs to be canned or coached on customer service skills. I have owned my own business but never treated my customers the way we were treated. These are the children you employ, time for revamping your Farless Hill Bowlero (Lucky Strike) managerial staff. First and Very LAST time visiting this establishment unless Josua Q is coached and/or FIRED! Maybe he'll be better working with animals, unless he is going to scream at them. FYI Veronica also threatened me when I requested a higher contact. Get some real employees that understand customer service and get rid of your RAT PACK, they lack the knowledge, understanding and cs skills. NASTY kids that work at this establishment.

We had six lanes all next to each other with preplanned food orders. Parking is not great. There's construction going on so you have to walk to get to entrance on side; not ideal for handicap individuals like myself. There's a parking lot but not convenient.

I went to Tilted with a group of about 12 adults. We did bowling, bumper cars, mini golf and the…read morearcade. We started with bowling. Lanes were not cheap and are very limited because more than 75% of the lanes are being repaired. They were even working on them on a Saturday night which was a little distractive while trying to focus on getting your ball down the lane. The lanes were unique and that the pins odd strings on them and that's how the pins were reset. My least favorite thing about the bowling alley was that when the balls were returned, they came at a high speed and if your fingers were in the wrong place or you were trying to get a ball at that time, you could really injure your fingers getting them pinched between balls. I included a video of how quickly the ball sneaks up and how concerning this would be especially if a child was playing. During our game, we ordered food and non alcoholic drink drinks from the bar. This is a BYOB so you can bring whatever you want to drink and they do have some mixers that you can buy if you don't bring your own. The food didn't get great reviews. There was one bartender and unfortunately she wasn't there about 50% of the time. There were often periods of time no one was behind the bar for periods long enough that I had to return for my turn to bowl. The video games are expensive. I bought a $20 card and was shocked to see how quickly it ran through. I personally didn't opt for the glow mini mini golf but that did look fun. My favorite activity was the bumper cars. Be warned, some of them do fully invert! I feel like Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills provides a better bowling arcade interaction and has better food and bar services. This place really felt designed to cater to children rather than adults and children. I didn't have a bad time but I would probably not return to this location.
