Unfortunately, things went downhill once we got to our room. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking room. I tried calling the front desk, but the room phone wasn't connected. The hotel communicated through a messaging app, and when I asked about the room, they confirmed that all rooms are non-smoking. However, the entire hallway had the same smoke odor, so it didn't seem isolated to our room. The room also didn't quite match the photos online. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I was disappointed to find stained towels folded in the bathroom. It gave the impression that cleanliness wasn't a priority. The shower was another letdown. The water pressure constantly fluctuated, and the stream was very weak, making it difficult to enjoy a shower. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options, but the food itself was just average. More concerning was the overall cleanliness of the buffet area, and the staff seemed distracted rather than attentive. The location is certainly convenient if you need to be close to the airport, but if I were staying in the area again, I'd choose a hotel a little farther away. A few extra minutes of driving would likely be worth the better overall experience.

But best of all the rates are the same price and less than half price than hotels off base. For the past few years I had forgotten about lodging and paid way more. Bed bugs and spider mites fasinate me because of their robotic/self cloning and resilience to anything. It's wasnt always like that but in this time era, meet the super borgs, given the new variance and titled to match it. There are no bug chemicals or sprays that will kill them. The only way is to literally toss away everything inside and then cook the entire building at a high temperature set for a few hours. They won't do that because they will lose money so they just accept their bedbug issue of feeding off their customers as a normal thing to accept and brush off. They are hidden and so tiny you can't see them and they also massively reproduce so you will be going back home with your new borg roommates that will take everything you own to include your health and pets health and make you cook your house.

The main reason I'm giving three stars is because the bed was extremely hard. After staying for the weekend, my back was hurting, and the bed was definitely not comfortable for me. The room had been updated, but it still needed a little more attention when it came to cleaning. The location is also fairly isolated, so you will probably need a car if you stay here. There isn't much within walking distance. Another issue I experienced was that the front desk never answered when I called from my room. I called several times during my stay and had to go downstairs in person whenever I needed to speak with someone. Overall, there were some positives, including the breakfast and airport shuttle, but the uncomfortable bed, cleanliness issues, location, and difficulty reaching the front desk kept this from being a higher-rated stay.

I would probably stay here again if I was in the area, but definitely not at that price point.

Super clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and the location is great! One downside, no hot tub but there is a pool. We loved how close it was so so many food options and shopping! There is even a nature preserve behind the building so we went for a nice walk. We used the gym and were impressed that it had a cable machine but got a little warm in there. The breakfast was made fresh and honestly tasted amazing! We had little sausage and eggs and country potatoes. The room was perfect, we had 3 people and a baby and our room was big enough for us all. We stayed for 4 nights and they only came and cleaned the room once which was a little disappointing. We had to ask for more towels on the 3rd day. Also when they cleaned they only replaced the towels and took out the trash. They did not fix the beds. The beds and pillows were also not very comfortable and I was happy I brought my own pillow as by back was hurting every morning. Overall it was a nice experience but I don't know I'd stay here again due to the bed being so uncomfortable.

The design looks like it will allow water to escape but we had no issues. The breakfast included with the reservation was decent and the staff changed up a few offerings each day. There were a lot of microwaveable foods for purchase but as many reviews mentioned, there is no microwave in the room, however this lobby area is shared with the Hilton Suites side and I assume those rooms are bigger and have microwaves. Maybe having a communal microwave near the 24 hr coffee station would be a nice touch. We enjoyed our room, bed, tv, bathroom all very clean. LOVED the price! Will definitely stay again next time we are in COS.
