Great service, nice rooms, friendly staff, good value and nice location on base. We enjoyed the wild turkeys and deer passing by.

I purchased the Wellness Day Pass + Pool Access as a birthday gift for my mom for this hotel, and…read moreit ended up being such a wonderful experience for her. Even though the hotel is in her own city, she had never visited before, so she loved getting to discover a beautiful pool in her own community with stunning views. The timing was especially perfect because they were offering a water aerobics class that day, which is something she already loves, and she had a great time participating. What impressed me most was the level of care she received from the staff. Since I wasn't going with her, I was a little nervous about sending her somewhere unfamiliar and hoping she would know where to go and what was available. That worry was completely unnecessary. She said she was warmly greeted, helped when she arrived, and checked on throughout the day without it ever feeling excessive. She felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She also tried one of the wellness amenities, including the leg massager, which she loved, and had a really great lunch while she was there. She called me almost immediately after getting home just to tell me how much she enjoyed the entire experience, especially the pool and aqua class. As the person who bought this as a gift, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. It gave her a relaxing, fun birthday experience and introduced her to a place in her own city that she now loves. I look forward to surprising her with a stayaction here.

There are a lot of hotel amenities and fun lawn games out on the back patio area. The price was steep for what we got, but if you can afford this hotel, I would say overall it's worth it. Our room was clean and spacious with super large windows. We were there for Mother's Day weekend and ate brunch the morning of. They had quite a variety, but it wasn't anything spectacular. Food was still a bit cold. Cheeses, meats, fruits still looked like it had been sitting out a bit, and flavors were lacking. They had a prime rib station with horseradish sauce and au jus. Unfortunately, the au jus was a very thick gloopy gravy--borderline a solid. The price tag for brunch was super expensive, and definitely not worth it. At one point my coat had fallen while we were packing up the car. It had my gloves and wallet in the pockets. Luckily, the housekeeping staff had turned it in with everything in tact and held at the front counter for us. That was a great bit of service.

The room was very comfortable and worked out great for relaxing after a long day of driving and sightseeing. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it has an M Club. The hotel cost a little more than some other options in the area, but since my wife and I are Marriott Titanium Elite members, we receive access to the club, which definitely helped make it worth the extra cost. The M Club offers: breakfast in the club or the full buffet downstairs, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and evening food offerings. The breakfast inside the club itself is lighter, but having access to the full buffet downstairs was a nice bonus. The evening offerings in the club changed nightly. One evening they had rice with taco-style beef along with cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, salad, dessert, sodas, water, coffee, and tea. Wine was also available for purchase. Another night featured broccoli, beef stew, salad, cheeses, meats, and fresh fruit. Overall, between the comfortable room, lounge access, breakfast options, snacks, and evening food, we felt the extra cost for this property was definitely worth it.

Too late to buy one, Mike at the front desk went out of his way to find another employee with a charger that matched my ancient one. Mike helped me charge my phone until I could get one the next day. When I asked about getting a ride 2 miles to Walmart, the normal driver had another run lined up, but Pauline and Isa'ako put their heads together and found me another ride. I am in customer service and so often I encounter people who have no business dealing with the public. The three employees that helped me in less than 24 hours, tells me that whoever is hiring is doing a great job. Mike, Pauline and Isa'ako are assets to your property. Do what you need to do to keep them. The room was good too!
