Got back at 9:30 on a Sunday night and just wanted to get home. Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle that's supposed to come every 10 minutes or so. Ended up having to pay $40 to have a taxi take me to the lot because there was no indication that a shuttle was coming; and of course in the lot they had two buses coming and picking people up. I was fairly convinced the shuttle was coming to take people to the airport, and then just going back to the lot without going to the arrivals area to take people BACK to the lot. Absolutely ridiculous. With all the money they're throwing into airport upgrades, they could spare a few bucks to make their main shuttle lot actually functional. read more

I haven't had any issues ever. The buses run on time. There is always space to park. It's quick and efficient. The longest I've ever waited for a bus was 8 minutes, but usually it's less than 5. For $10, totally worth it. read more

Make sure your flight is not substantially delayed or canceled before entering Pikes Peak parking. I arrived at the lot, parked, and immediately received a text notification that my flight had been substantially delayed. After calling the airline to review my options, I ultimately had to reschedule my flight for the following day. In total, I was in the parking lot for exactly 1 hour and 3 minutes. Most of that time was spent on hold with the airline and calling family to sort out new plans. I never left my vehicle. After paying to sit in the parking lot without ever leaving my car, I submitted a refund request through the DIA parking website explaining the situation. Unfortunately, the request was denied. If I had already departed on my trip and my return flight into Denver was delayed, I would absolutely expect to pay additional parking fees since I would already be using the service. However, arriving at the lot and then having your flight canceled before you even step out of your car feels like a situation that deserves consideration rather than a full parking charge. read more

I parked here for the first time 4/7-4/11 and had a great experience. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle and it was about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The way back was just as convenient; there was a shuttle just pulling up as I left the airport. Nothing bad happened to my car and thankfully I remembered to take a picture of my section! It's $8/day so about as cheap as you can get for airport parking. This lot is only uncovered and it's huge so unlikely that you'd have to worry about there not being a spot available. read more

Running to the gate should count as cardio. And if you aren't in a rush, park here and take the shuttle. Can't beat the price for this parking especially if you travel as much as I do and if you do long trips. At $8 per day, easier pill to swallow than the $30 per day garage parking. Shuttle comes pretty often and I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes long. Also the bus shelters have heaters during these blistery cold winter days here. The lot is huge and you may have to drive around if you are trying to park closest to the pick up point. Honestly, the bus stops frequent and I've only had to walk a short distance. Just a note if you are new to DIA or the Denver area, don't get confused but the shuttle drops you off at Terminal East (Southwest) but all you do is take the train and you'll end up at Terminal West (United) if needed. The pick up when you arrive back to DIA is the last island when you leave baggage. Not sure why some people complain when it is relatively straight forward. I am a much happier person when I am traveling, getting a tan and holding a drink. Parking here only lets me get there faster! read more

Waited over 30 minutes at the pikes peak shuttle sign. It is zero degrees. The Avis bus came through five or six times. I called to see where the bus was and it still took another 15 minutes. I called back and nobody answered. The shuttle drivers can be nice but the planning could be better on a zero degree night. read more

This parking lot is well known for Cadillac converters thefts. The shuttle drivers don't care about other vehicles on the road at all, they nearly hit me on my way to airport to drop someone off. I made a report to DIA police, their response was "I'll be honest with you, if they almost hit you. They won't care unless they did" Horrible!!!!! read more

I used to recommend Pike's Peak Shuttle Parking to friends and loved ones, but will definitely stop recommending this lot. Three trips in two weeks and terrible shuttle service is a 3 for 3. Sequencing is off and shuttles are spaced out efficiently. Two busses are always with two minutes of each other - meaning one has to wait for 15+ minutes to or from the airport. Unreliable and not worth the inexpensive parking. read more

Have parked here several times and had highly recommended them as it's a big lot with a big shuttle that runs frequently and is easy to navigate with a stroller. Last month when my husband returned to his car, someone else who was parked in his area had their catalytic converter and brake lines cut. Things happen and we figured that wasn't a likely scenario so we parked there again over the weekend - only to return to our catalytic converter cut! As we dealt with the issue, we discovered that this is happening very frequently in this lot, and they've also experienced a number of stolen cars. BEWARE!!! MY CAR WAS BROKEN IN HERE!!! I came from my trip and find my car all messed up inside , broken locks, personal items missing, etc. I parked here lots of times before and this is my first time experiencing this but after talking with the employees, told me that they have this happen 2 or 3 times a day and they cant do anything about it. I should read all the online reviews before parking here... The management here don't care at all. The ""security guard"" told me that there have NO CAMERAS around and that there is NOTHING that the management will do. They see lots of catalytic converter robbed over and over every day here, cars robbed and broken in cars during the night time. They don't even have a number that answers your claim and/or give you an answer. They also told me to filled a police report... why don't they call the police instead of me that I am your customer? With this being said, I WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN and I don't recommend anyone doing it except that you don't care your car could be broken in, your catalytic converters stole and/or have to pay for the damages on top of the value of the parking ticket. I wish businesses like this go out of business. I don't know how police allows this happens. Is this a robbers free zone? Not bad. Not bad at all! For $8 a day and being uncovered parking, I can't really complain too much. As of June 2019, the area further into the parking area is under construction. I had to learn the hard way by getting turned away from the primary lot close to the other one (Mount Elerby, I think) and parking within the one that had additional construction. Meanwhile, the bus stop is close to the front of the parking lot (of which I parked), and takes about 20 minutes to get to DIA after making additional stops within the parking lot. The bus gets packed to the absolute limit here. Even with a seat, the middle of the aisle is packed so full of people and luggage that you are hoping that the person standing in front of you doesn't fart, being that their butt is about two feet from your face (no exaggeration). It takes the bus anywhere from 15-20 minutes to arrive at DIA, since it is about a few miles offsite. I would keep this in mind upon arrival. Overall, not bad. read more

I drive for Uber and dropped off in their lot and headed for the exit. They insisted I pay the 8 dollar a day fee for a 2 minute drop off. I refused. They called the police and were rude and threatening. The police said they had no jurisdiction, agreed the charge was a rip off but said it was a civil matter. These guys are crooks, pure and simple. If your car gets broken into while parking there it was probably lot employees who did it. read more

There was a wreck on the route to the parking lot and the shuttle driver went ahead and went up that street even though he apparently had been warned about it. Sat waiting for the wreck to be moved out of the way for over 45 minutes within sight of the parking lot. Not sure why they thought this was an acceptable idea. Will not park there again. read more

By far our favorite place to park at DIA. Affordable and close to the airport. There is no covered parking. The shuttle drivers have a good sense of humor and are very nice and helpful. My daughter accidentally left the dome light on in my car while we gone for a week and my car battery was dead. They have a free service to come help you with any car problems! read more

Cost is good at about $8 per day, but the frustrating act of finding a space, finding a pick up pint, waiting for a shuttle - all in a HUGE lot - and then being bounced to the terminal on a bus simply isn't worth the headache. Not to mention, upon return, you'll find your way to the pick-up island and wait, alongside MANY of your closest friends, all vying to get a ride back to your car. Once at the lot, you'll start at one end and go to the other for drop off points. Do yourself a favour, take the train, a ride share, convince a friend to drop you off, explore smaller offsite parking, but skip Pikes Peak Lot. read more

I was another victim of catalytic converter theft after I left my Toyota Tundra parked here for 5 days. What a waste, thinking I'd save money on the $8/day parking and ended up having FOUR catalytic converters stolen. Will likely end up having a $5,000 bill, but thank God for my comprehensive coverage. I'm fortunate to only have to pay my deductible. The cop who took my report said it happens every day and that he recommends parking in one of the private parking lots which he said have better security. You'd think with it being such a rampant problem, they would install a camera system, but I guess they don't care since it's not their property being vandalized. Definitely never parking at a Denver parking lot again, I'd rather pay a $100 Uber than have to pay my deductible again. read more

If I could give this shuttle service zero stars I would. My husband and I ran to catch the Pikes Peak Shuttle Bus (#527) at around 11:20pm on Sunday, Dec 10th departing from the terminal back to the parking lots. The driver had the doors open and as passengers were entering the bus, he closed the doors on them. A few of us screamed as we got caught on the doors, and although he opened them again, as we and others attempted to get on, he closed the doors AGAIN!! He was rude and yelled at us, never mind that he could've seriously hurt someone. That driver should be reprimanded and given some lessons on how to safely and notify passengers of his intention, and monitor the customers on his vehicle!!! This is a safety issue and should be dealt with appropriately. This is in great contrast to the driver who, four days earlier, was kind, helpful, friendly and conscientiously waited as customers ran to catch the shuttle ride to the terminal. Travel is stressful enough, especially returning wearily from a long flight. Shouldn't we expect to safely continue our journey home without incident? read more

DIA is doing nothing about this and now are actively trying to hide it by removing all the Google reviews that detailed DOZENS of thefts within a week. Two other people who rode the same shuttle and drove Toyotas came back to the same situation with all three of us leaving the lot and having to pay with no catalytic converters. Yet another catalytic converter theft victim of the Pikes Peak lot. Do not park here unless you want to test your insurance deductible. The damage to my car was almost $6K parts and labor. Tow truck driver who picked me up told me he makes at least 1-2 trips here daily to pick up people who have had their catalytic converters stolen from various DIA lots. It's even happening now in the main terminal covered lots. These are Denver-owned lots and the city is not doing anything about it despite the fact that they photograph every license plate that comes and goes to collect your $$$. Shuttle employees are also aware of the problem but can't/won't help you. The waiver on the parking ticket says they're not responsible for theft, and you should lock or remove all valuables. But that doesn't help when they're essentially allowing thieves to dismantle cars under their watch. read more

No security, no cameras, Denver Airport manager and Denver police don't care, not doing anything to increase security despite multiple reports about cars and trucks being stolen right from the lo. No follow up to catch those who THEY KNOW were just in the lot for short time, obviously not long term parked fliers. Why isn't management being fired? Same old Denver, ignoring criminal activity. My truck was his by a large piece of equipment either operated or owned by Pikes Peak. I was parked at the far North end in area A2 from March 6, 2023 to March 31, 2023. I was parked right around the corner from the pay tolls. When I returned from my trip, I found my truck had been knocked sideways in the parking spot. Someone took the time to put two large orange cones in front of my truck, acknowledging the incident. I have photos from before and after. When I called Pikes Peaks' office and spoke to the people that actually watch the cameras, they said there's no evidence of my truck getting hit. They said they couldn't even see where my truck was at the time when I called. I believe there's a coverup going on. If anyone has any information leading to the proof of the incident there may be a possible reward for the person who helped out; in the event of a settlement from the lawsuit. Only cheap if you have a zero deductible. Stay away if you don't want your car violated. Employees are worthless. We missed a flight because a bus drove right past us at 4 am and wasn't even close to full. Next bus was 20 minutes later. Catalytic converter was stolen. Our ticket to exit wouldn't scan, and the employee at the booth told us to push the help button as she closed her booth door so we couldn't ask her for any more help. I will pay Uber or Lyft any amount from now on because it is way cheaper than paying for my deductible. There are indifferent robots that work here. If you're reading this, it's probably too late. I hope you have good insurance. USAA has been great! FYI, you can drive without a catalytic converter, but keep the windows down. Your car will be really loud, but it shouldn't cause any damage!
