During my evaluation I felt well taken care of, attended to, and everyone, especially the receptionists, were going beyond their line of duty to make sure I was doing well. During my surgery appointment, the staff was incredible, they were so supportive and genuinely cared about me. Not to mention Dr Doyle, who sat with me for as long as I wanted to with my X-rays and explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. Not only did he care for me before and during my surgery, but included his personal number in my post op paperwork and has texted with me on multiple occasions about my recovery and what is normal vs abnormal over a week after the fact. I was incredibly happy with my care there, and I am TERRIFIED of dental work so that is huge... thanks Dr Doyle!

Number one pick was Seven Lakes Dental. I made an appointment for a consultation and found I needed a crown. Today was my appointment and it went better than I could have imagined. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable, it's clean and organized. Dr. Larreau and his assistant, Kylie were so great. It was my first experience having a crown made the same day. Not having to wait and come back made a huge difference in my level of anxiety. Dr. Larreau made the crown and it fit perfectly the first time! That's never happened! The receptionist said you wouldn't owe anything because you have 2 insurances circled $0 in red and had me sign this paper. I went in today and got some fillings done the other receptionist Tammy said I had to pay, I explained to her before they said I wouldn't have to pay, which I didn't have a problem with paying. Tammy didn't believe me or want to hear anything I had to say. When I tried to explain she would cut me off and talk over me. She just wanted me to pay and that's all she cared about. Not to mention I could can barely talk to numbness in my mouth. I was getting very irritated and told her I had the paperwork in my car. So finally I got the paper from my car and showed her it was signed paper stating I owe $0. After that she stopped being rude, and let me talk. She then stated the other receptionist made a mistake. Apparently the mistake they made was my fault for not understanding the mistake made by the receptionist. Seemed like we were going in circles and she just wanted me to accept the issue and pay. So I decided to pay and walked out. Not a good experience.
