The receptionist told me the insurance company overpaid the amount and that they would have to figure how much I would be credited to my credit card. I had over $3500 worth of work done only to be told they were expecting the insurance to only pay about $400. The dentist is great but their billing department is totally incompetent.

I worked with the Smiles staff the first visit and then with Dr Steven Doyle the second. During my evaluation I felt well taken care of, attended to, and everyone, especially the receptionists, were going beyond their line of duty to make sure I was doing well. During my surgery appointment, the staff was incredible, they were so supportive and genuinely cared about me. Not to mention Dr Doyle, who sat with me for as long as I wanted to with my X-rays and explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. Not only did he care for me before and during my surgery, but included his personal number in my post op paperwork and has texted with me on multiple occasions about my recovery and what is normal vs abnormal over a week after the fact.
