He worked with the other insurance company and got the repairs done much sooner than we expected. They also worked on my car several years ago when my dogs chased a chipmunk into the wheel well and left toothmarks on the fender (I know, I know.... that's a ridiculous story!). Jordan, the manager, found additional damage to the exhaust and our brand new tire (think 1 week old tire). We use our truck to tow our camper and the damage to the exhaust was of great concern, we had a trip planned! They were not going to be able to do the body work for a couple of weeks, needed to wait for parts and such. However, they brought in the truck for one day to address the exhaust and the tire repairs, this allowed us to go camping without any concerns. When we returned, the truck went into shop and the result is beautiful. The bed of the truck is made of aluminum aloy and it was theit first job with this material. They ordered in a piece of equipment they needed and matched the Ruby Red paint exactly (not always successfully done in the paint business). When we picked up the truck, it had even been detailed!
