Also, the LARGE mechanic was to exhausted to even put the sticker on in the car himself he had me do it, not to mention the last times I've had it through Valvoline (Cincinnati locations, which are better btw), they put the sticker on, reset my "see dealership" message on my car, and when they checked the air filters, they stated they don't need to be changed! They ate supposed to do the work, not the person paying! Lazy! Plus I've read all the horror stories of others that went to this location! I'll NEVER go back to this location!

They informed me that they did not send over the invoice to get paid, but Tire Discounters is telling me they can't release my car until they get paid. so I've been on the phone getting it taken care of. So if you have a warranty, do not go they will not help you get it paid.
