Very deceptive marketing practices. This establishment advertises discounts which they do not…read morehonor. They sent me a coupon for $4.69 for the price of laundering a shirt. They ended up charging me $9.99 for this shirt. When I spoke to one of their employees, John, about applying the coupon, he said that my shirt did not qualify for the discount because "it is too small" to press using their machine and was therefore treated like a "blouse" or "speciality shirt". Further, he pointed out that the "discount" applied to 3 or more shirts. When I took a third look at the coupon, the writing "with three or more" was so small, it would take a magnifying glass to notice. This is truly "fine print" and very deceptive. John would not listen to any feedback about being clear about the types of items that qualify for a discount. I found him to be very rude and condescending towards me. I also do not appreciate that they automatically charge my credit card before I have had an opportunity to review the bill. Lastly, two pairs of jeans that I had also sent for drycleaning came back faded. The receipt does not show how they cleaned these jeans, and it appears that they laundered them instead of drycleaning. The overall service quality, lack of clear communication and expectation setting is way below average for this business. I will be shopping for a new drycleaner.

Given the number of reviews mentioning overbilling, I declined. Only then did she reluctantly agree to let me pay after the service was completed. This alone set the tone for what followed. 2. Inflexible and Unreasonable Scheduling Clean Crew LLC requires a four‑hour arrival window (12-4pm) and Margie refused to narrow it down, making it nearly impossible to plan around work. There was zero willingness to accommodate a reasonable request. 3. Poor Quality Cleaning and Missed Tasks On 4/8/26, two cleaners arrived at 1pm and were let into my unit by the building's Property Manager. After paying the invoice and inspecting the unit, I discovered multiple areas- listed by Margie herself - that were not completed: Carpet corners still had debris The vent was untouched Outlets were not cleaned Blinds were not cleaned For a move‑out cleaning, these are basic expectations. 4. "24‑Hour Reclean Policy" Used as a Shield When I reported the missed areas, Margie texted that they could return the next morning, citing their "24‑hour reclean policy," and that they would only address the specific items I listed. I explained that I could not take another four‑hour block off work on such short notice. I requested a modest 30% refund instead -she refused. I offered availability after 5pm - she refused again. Only after I stated I would escalate the matter legally did she suddenly agree to send cleaners after 5pm on an agreed upon revisit date of 4/13/26. 5. Unprofessional Behavior From Staff and Supervisor When the cleaners returned, one begrudgingly vacuumed while the other repeatedly pointed at the vent saying "maintenance." I ended up opening the vent and cleaning it myself. They then began gossiping in Spanish and called their supervisor, Carlos, who proceeded to reprimand me over the phone, claiming they "don't clean inside vents"- even though it was on the task list provided by Margie. When I explained that communication was difficult because the workers did not speak English, he accused me of being "racist" and bizarrely asked if I was from Somalia or India. It was one of the most unprofessional, inappropriate, and deflective responses I have ever encountered from a business. 6. A Company That Avoids Accountability Rather than address legitimate customer concerns, Clean Crew LLC' chose to deflect, blame, and hide behind policies they selectively enforce. The lack of professionalism - from management to staff - was astounding. Bottom Line: I would never hire this company again.
