Honestly the girl at the front desk is the only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review. This was my first time being here as a customer, as I've brought my kids here a few times before and seen their treatment and no way would I have thought that my treatment would have been what it was when it was always excellent any other time we have been here for a piercing or tattoo. I was looking around for a long time to get a memorial portrait tattoo for my grandfather. The piece exceeded my expectations, Thor was my artist and was very friendly and listened to me and idea I had for the piece and when I said I wanted the piece to come alive, he brought up throwing in white in the black and gray tattoo and it most definitely did help the small details of the work come alive . I went in after losing my best friend. Was looking for a memorial piece. Was told Craig was the guy but I could not meet him at the time. Made an appointment. I was early to my appointment 10 min but still sat and waited nearly an hour as I was told Craig was currently working on my art. I am 21 years old have a good head on my shoulders. I decided I wanted "Joshua 1:9" tattooed on my neck behind my ear. Told them over the phone my age and exactly what I wanted. They told me they don't touch neck or face on people my age but told me anyways to come in so they see exactly what I want. The tattoo artists and the piercer themselves are the only reason I'm giving one star. I have been disrespected by the owner herself on multiple occasions and continued to return because of the artists and the piercer. One of the times I went in the owner Barbra Jean said something negative about each of my tattoos that I had not received from her shop. This last time I went in for a Mother's Day tattoo, I will admit that there is an added risk if I get an infection since I breast feed my baby and I was comfortable getting the tattoo. The owner herself told me that I was putting my tattoo over my daughter and that if I kill my daughter it's on me, which was after I said if she's not comfortable letting me get the tattoo that I will come back another time. So moms, if you want to be treated with dignity and respect and not be talked down to, don't go here. I write this with a heavy heart and will miss Kristi, Craig, and Andy.
