I said sure and she proceeded to literally chop the hair off around my face. Even the hair dresser got this look of horror and held up the enormous chunk she took off. I had her stop and had to leave (after I paid, which in hindsight I probably shouldn't have). I was so upset. I had been growing out my hair for years. I had to go elsewhere to get the disaster fixed and ended up losing over 8 inches of growth all around and weird chunky layers. My hair won't recover for at least a year- probably more. I'm sure other people have had better luck at Eunice's, but I will most likely be going elsewhere.
