I like everything about this course except two things: 1) extensive rough, in the middle of fairways, making 18 holes without losing several balls, impossible, and 2) the carts have GPS to keep you from driving on some fairways, which is ok, but if you happen to drive outside of those boundaries, the cart is disabled. Making a 66 year old push an unpowered cart is pretty bad. read more

The course is in amazing shape there is lots of handy things and easy things to do with this course like the range machine is fully automatic so you can pay with your card then and it will give you a bucket of balls. Im exited to see what this course will do in the years to come. read more

The carts are great. The paths are new. The cost is not worth it! The greens were not terrible but still need some work. Fairways and rough are in very bad shape. The fairways need grass, seems like more dirt than grass. The rough is way too rough and you cannot find a ball that is 2' off the fairway. Whoever has the time to walk through that crap will probably find a lot of balls. There are no markers to what hole is next or what hole you are on. Yes the carts direct you but it is how things are done....you want to see while you are at the tee the distance. Driving range-you can only hit off of mats, no grass. Strictly my opinion. read more

Maybe this golf course isn't in best shape now, but has a bright future with a new ownership. The new owner is enthusiastic and with experience Manager is on the good track to develop place to be. What we really enjoyed is very nice and friendly employees. Price for playing18 holes is very reasonable including bar food and beer. What's coming is: This golf course changed ownership September 1, 2021. There are extensive renovations planned in the next two years. They will have a new course layout, a 2 acre putting green and a multi tiered driving range with TopTracer technology. read more

New Owners! They raised prices doubling and knocked out over 30-40 senior citizens that can't play there anymore because of large increase. It's sad that's all they had to look to during the week. They're all on fixed incomes most have been playing there for many years. They should have been grandfathered in for at least several years. They gave them a 60 day notice! read more

I booked a tee time at 2:00 to play 18 but especially to play the front nine on the first day of the opening. Then (we find out later) the owner and his group jump in front of us on hole one. The golf course was covered up and they had a group of 5. (which is against golf course policy) but no one cares as long as you keep the pace of play but they play so slow that when we make the turn there is no one within 3 holes of them. They are looking for balls in the rough for 10 mins. Then they slice a ball into our group coming back on hole 12. They didn't yell 4, didn't says sorry, they didn't say sh*t. The ball landed 10 feet from us. We just let it ride because it's golf and it ain't that deep. A few holes later one person from there group turns around and drives behind us looking for his range finder. The rest of the group is on the green. So we tee off. The OWNER is standing on a blind fairway tee shot in the middle of the fairway. He comes walking up the hill screaming at our group that we hit into them. We told him we didn't see him but he was belligerent and wasn't hearing it. We said how about some pace of play. His response was I'm the f**king owner, I don't give a fu*k about pace of play. If this guy is the owner, what a joke of a course this will be. So, if I were you I would play at my own risk. Henry Horton or Towhee are close and they are on both ends of the price point and they don't go around flexing about being the owner and getting to do what they want. STAY AWAY read more
