This is the worst Pilot Travel Center I've been to to date. Most of the other Pilots I've been to, mostly in North Carolina, have been fine, so I was disappointed when I visited this location in southeast Atlanta in DeKalb County. It's old and in need of renovation. This Pilot is located just off I-285 exit 51 on Bouldercrest Road. It's ITP (inside the Perimeter), barely. One of my buddies who used to work for a trucking company nearby said when his company's pumps were down, the trucks would come here to fill up. The truck stop and refueling station is on the backside of the convenience store, hidden from the main drag. Cars fill up on the frontside. For cars, this is the smallest Pilot I've seen with only eight pumps. The pumps were old and the displays were hard to read. I used pump #3 and it prematurely cut off on me about a half-dozen times. I had to go inside if I wanted a receipt. The property felt dirty as well. This place just wasn't up to snuff with some of the newer, nicer, bigger, cleaner gas stations/truck stops I've been to in the Southeast, e.g., other Pilots, Love's, and even some QuikTrip truck stops. This is Pilot Travel Center #331. It's the only Pilot in Atlanta. The rest are located in the wider metro cities like Cartersville, Braselton, Jackson, Newnan, and Villa Rica. read more

I am still not sure just what the hell was going on at this place on the afternoon of 1/18/2026, but I can guarantee this will be the last time I will set foot inside this place. I went in only to use the restroom while my husband waited outside in the car. A security guard was a few feet from the door and definitely saw me enter, I saw no 'suspicious' activity in the store and didn't even notice any other customers inside. When I left the restroom about 5-10 minutes later, the three store clerks and the security guard were all standing by the side of the doors and said nothing to me as I passed them, upon which I found the doors locked. Still they said nothing. Finally the security guard said, "oh, let me get that", as if no explanation was needed, and I, being a woman apparently isolated and locked in a public place for no apparent reason, let him know he had no f***ing right to lock someone in without explanation. He immediately barked "how about YOU'RE WELCOME!?" and yelled something else as I was leaving. I asked my husband if anyone else entered the store after I did, or if anything was going on in the parking lot, and he said a couple of guys approached the door, couldn't get in, and left. If they had to lock the place out of fear of robbery or such, I should have been told that as I was trying to leave and not left there a minute or so struggling with the door. I somehow didn't get the feeling there was some threat. And they knew the store wasn't empty because the guard clearly saw me enter. In this current climate everything is a social experiment until proven otherwise and for all I know this could have been a random attempt at videotaping the reaction of a middle-aged white 'Karen' that the media loves so much. I would advise any woman to avoid this place and to practice situational awareness everywhere, even if she can't be called a "Karen", as no one knows when their demographic will become the latest scapegoat. read more

The business community is dramatically and negatively effected by trucks traveling and parking on a 2 lane road several hours a day for the past 3 years. They are unable to enter this severely under-sized parking facility at PILOT. The local business community will be hiring off duty police officers to issue warnings and then tickets followed by towing for all illegally parked trucks on Continental Way. The life/safety for those business owners on this road is negatively effected. The business owners will begin this operation in January 2026. Pass the word around to your trucking community. The business community in Conley consists of freight and logistics businesses so issuing tickets or towing is far from what we desire to do. But, PILOT has been uncooperative in our requests since 2010 so as a business community we must solve this traffic and life/safety issues before there is an accident on the road. This Pilot was passed by me for years! I would never stop there. So I decided to go there for a few snacks & no gas in 2023I heard somebody complain that their card was declined outside - no biggie. However all of my snacks were way more than advertised- $3.99 for a SmartWater & get this 6.99 for a trail mix made by Arizona Trail & then they had the nerve to not give me the receipt. Worst truck stop, my fleet will never fuel from Pilot. The stop was full and I parked on the side. The security, bend my door with his banging on the door repeatedly, was vulgar and inappropriate as was the manager. I was treated worst than a criminal being told that is private property and I will not sleep there, to leave. Our fuel card is from Pilot, however, I will move in the morning to another supplier. I only have 20 trucks, but my business will be lost to Pilot Truck Stops! read more

On Saturday I made a reservation online and when I showed up the security guard, his name is Lindsey, he was in the parking lot in a black Mercedes Benz, I checked in with him and he checked his list to make sure that I had prime parking and sure enough I did but despite of that he still did not move his car to allow me to park so finally he moved his car and I was able to park then the following day I knew I was gonna stay an extra day I got another prime parking spot and I taped the receipt to my window and when I showed up he saw it and he still did not move his car and when I started backing into the reserve parking spot he deliberately parked his car in there to not allow me to back in to the parking spot until he verified that I had prime parking so the receipt on the window didn't matter the guy is sick and he's bipolar use extreme caution he does not know what he's doing, he needs to be locked up in a mental institution, I already filed a complaint with corporate and called his supervisor hopefully they will take action. read more

I've been to most pilot truck stops and for the location it's a fairly nice pilot. More food walking distance and a laundry mat across the street. Only complaint is the crack heads. read more
