Pilot Travel Center is always a solid option during road trips! My husband and I were on our way to Sedona and decided to stop at this Pilot Travel Center for some more affordable gas. This location is not as big as some of the other ones across the country but it was still pretty good equipped with all the basics. The bathrooms were very clean and I even noticed they had a baby changing station. They also have a laundry room for pay across from the bathrooms. This location also has a Subway and McDonalds attached to it, and I even noticed they have this section of pre-made sandwich subs that you can grab and go in case you don't want to wait for your order. Highly recommend stopping by this gas station if you need to get some rest from the road or just need some extra snacks! read more

I always pull off here for gas on my way out on road trips. The gas prices are always good and the pumps and forecourt are clean. The staff inside the shop are friendly and helpful, there's a good selection of items, and the bathrooms are clean. read more

Right off the highway but with a funky entrance. It's nice to be able to fill our motorhome with the 2 side fill in the trucker area plus they have def. Inside is pretty standard and very busy. We didn't use restrooms so not sure about that. There is a McDonald's attached if you like fast food. read more

I was staying in Sedona, AZ, during my recent vacation. I decided to go to Grand Canyon National Park since it was nearby about 2 hours away. Before getting to the park and returning from the park, I needed to get gas and ended up at this Pilot Travel Center in Bellemont. In the morning, besides getting gas, I ended up buying a couple Cats vs Pickles stuff animals for my daughters. Since COVID-19, they don't travel far with me anymore and that's okay. Hopefully, one day they'll travel with me again. Anyway, whenever I see some cute stuff animals, I will buy for them and surprise them when I get home. Was just looking around trying to figure out what I wanted. Guy, in a Vest who was standing behind the counter, was just standing there staring at me while I was in the chip aisle, like I was trying to steal something. Then he asked me if I needed help finding something, like it was against Pilot policy to look around I told him not anymore and left. I saw him outside and told him that I wasn't trying to steal anything. And he says I look like I am on Meth I don't do drugs, nor do I even smoke or drink. I am just a full-time Nomad who has been doing Doordash in Flagstaff and can't afford to eat that much due to bills and fuel as I am in a truck. Currently, I am about 30 pounds underweight. I come to this Pilot almost every day, but now they have officially lost my business. I will continue to fuel up here as it is the cheapest and get my regular 4 Hot N Spicy burgers from McDonald's. But I will no longer purchase anything on the Pilot side, except for fuel. Note: Went inside to ask who that guy was, and the women behind the counter acted like she had no idea who he was Yes, the same person that was literally standing behind the counter staring at me. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I usually brush off any rude service I receive because maybe that person is just having a bad day but not this time. EVERY TIME I've gone into pilot this older woman (her names jenn or Jennifer) has been rude, Whether it's when talking to someone such as myself or her facial expressions. It blows my mind. why hire people like this when it's known that There's expectations to be met when it comes to customer service? Does the hiring manager not care? It's a shame because I liked stopping here while traveling for work on my way out of town but this woman has made it very unwelcoming so I no longer stop here. read more

I am a stay at home mom and grandma, and used their services: gas, Laundry, McDonald's, the restroom and the Wi-Fi for about a week while I was camping Nearby in the woods. On the last day I came in from camping, I worked online in my car because I picked up a cold at their community table, which they obviously don't clean anyway. when a young lady who claims she was in charge told me I had to leave because I was long-term parking. Mind you I work online and I only been there a couple of hours and drinking coffee from McDonald's in my car with my dogs. We weren't bothering anybody. Why have all of these services for people to use truckers and car drivers alike if you aren't gonna let people use them? I won't be back until they get an attitude change. read more

What a fun, first experience trying out Pilot Travel Center. We stopped here on our way to and back from New Mexico. Shower rooms are clean and towel is included for the price of using a shower room. The store itself may have what you may be in need for, carries a lot of travel related items. Parking is plenty but I'm sure packs quickly. We traveled in Oct and it was packed after we had arrived after 5pm. Also there is a train that runs through often, bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper and you may also here freeway noise as it is not too far away. read more

This is the cleanest travel center I have ever been to! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Which is rare these days!! Thank you! What a dump! While on a long trip we stopped here for gas...tried two pumps and the "skip" button for the Pilot/Flying J membership card didn't work. Went inside...dirty and messy...staff told me that I would have to join, so I asked for a card and was told it had to be online only...and my only choice was to prepay. I asked if they could electronically "skip" for me and was told no. Happily left with no gas or grief, and stopped in Flagstaff at a lovely Circle K, quickly filled up and it was clean and friendly. I generally really like the Flying J group, but this one is a mess. It's also small and very chaotic. read more

Just stopped in here for gas & to use the restroom. I had just walk into a stall & a woman staff had enter followed by another old male staff wearing a yellow reflective shirt. I can hear her clearly telling him there's a woman in here & he still took his time talking to her for a few minutes & then walked out. On his way out, my sisters were waiting outside the door since they saw him enter & as he came out he told them, "WHAT? I GOTTA TEACH YOU GUYS ENGLISH TOO"? There was a wet paint sign on the door, but what the fuck was that? We are of Asian descent & I find him very unprofessional, very rude, very racist & very ignorant. Pilot you should not hire people like that. Makes you look very bad. read more

Found a receipt the other day and remembered I was going to review this place. If you ever find yourself driving through AZ this is a great place to make a pit stop. This truck stop is on steroids. It's super clean. Name a soda, they probably have it at the soda fountain. Mini McDonalds and Subway are attached. The staff was friendly and nice. The restrooms were somewhat dirty and a few of the stall were out of order. It is attached to a subway and a McDonalds with a drive through. We ordered chocolate dipped ice cream from the McDonalds which I didn't know existed. It was easy to order on the electronic screens and tasted good like normal. read more

Ok, I have major mixed feelings about this Pilot. I'm currently driving cross-country in a small RV. They have about 3 spots for RV's to park overnight for free - which is awesome. But unlike other places we've stopped, there were no security cameras at night which left us a bit unsettled. The place met all of our basic needs - hot water, showers, bathrooms, free wifi, etc. We really can't complain about that. The bathrooms are disgusting though. I mean - GROSS. I don't think they'd been cleaned in several days. The food area was also gross. In addition, there were homeless people roaming around outside - which was unsettling. We've never experienced this before. Why 2 stars and not 1? Well, because the staff was friendly. Also, after we got up the courage to stay we ended up having a very quiet and pleasant night. This place is off the beaten path a bit so traffic in and out of the station was less than other places we've stayed. Look, I understand: This is a FREE place for us to crash at night. We are grateful for that. But strictly writing from a comparison standpoint of other gas stations we've stopped at overnight - this place is low on the list and only earned 2 stars. OK this place is eay to find and see from the freeway. There is alot of parking. BUt depending on time of day you go. It gets busy! They have everything you might need for your shopping/ traveling needs . Bathroom ( Woman's) are Very clean! They have a McDonald's and subway to eat. read more

Only given 1 star because you can not leave a comment without at least one star given... I personally wouldn't give them any!!!!! Employees were rude as if you were bothering them, funny how they still get a pay check acting this way to the general public...some lets just say need a good punch to the jaw... just sayin! Hell NO! Place seemed okay as we walked in and we should have known something was wrong with all the open parking spaces, That being said we stared our visit with a shower as we had wanted one all damn day!!! Turns out the shower we were assigned wouldn't get hot what so ever, they even "reset" the showers many times. We were given back our shower (refunded) we thought we would try and finally found a shower that would get hot! (getting the refund wasn't as easy as it should have been by the way!!!!) The normal restrooms were so gross and stalls were out of order in both males and females. WiFi.......... yep, says ya can connect. YOU CAN'T THOUGH!!!!! After all the above, we went in to use the microwave to heat up something to eat (which by the way is never an issues at any Loves or TA!) don't really seam like there would be an issue, after all they cater to TRUCKERS! this was not the case however they commented outside food was not allowed! This is the most disgusting restroom I have ever been in in my whole life! I travel coast to coast back and forth threw every state and I have never seen a restroom so filthy and unsanitary. I don't understand business like this one who could capitalize on all road travelers. Making this the number one place to stop. Simply by cleanliness and building a welcoming atmosphere. Decision poorly executed and from now on we will just stop in flagstaff or wait to Williamsburg. This is a typical truck stop; minimal grocery, good selection on beverages, and pretty good coffee. It is extremely busy during the day as it features a tire repair shop, subway, McDonald's, and the US Post Office inside. Long lines at check out are typical unless it's late at night or early in the morning. read more

We waited to fuel up, get drinks, snacks, use the restroom Etc. When we went in we were stretching our legs walking around the store there was a man mopping, generally you stay out of their way and they do their job somewhat around you or what ever..... NOT this man he said "I'm mopping! Don't step on my wet floor" he was going up and down isles and it was like racing a clock trying to get a drink before he got to my isle or closer to me... I have never honestly been treated in such a way just his whole demeanor was rude. Such a horrible little place We got enough gas to get to the next gas station. read more
