Even the fuel pumps are clean, with the windhield cleaner bucks stocked and clean. There is also a fairly decent selection of beer, given that the beer selection as it is is relatively small. The gentleman running the store was very kind and engaging with customers. One customer in front of me was visiting from out of the country, and even when his first debit card declined, the clerk was very patient and was in no way demeaning towards the customers. The clientele at this Texaco was also better than what you'd see at a fuel station in Flagstaff proper. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm driving through the area. The service and bathrooms alone are worth it!

The store employee kept saying it didn't start until noon and she should know that but clearly the employee from earlier in the day wasn't aware of it either. Is there something in the water here!!? This is the second employee at an establishment that I've seen bully an elderly person today. Circle K would absolutely not be ok with this kind of behavior and even though I'm not directly involved I will be calling the corporate office and complaining. Dani's behavior was borderline psychotic and a local woman egging her on was just bizarre. These women are old enough to know right and wrong behavior. We decided not to get gas here because we don't want to contribute to their economy when this behavior seems to be normalized. Weird.

Stopped by after exploring the park and picked up some souvenirs and some soft serve ice cream. They have towels and water shoes here if you're planning on getting in the water. They also have plenty of snacks if you're hungry. I would definitely recommend the soft serve ice cream, especially on a warm day. It's so satisfying and it definitely hits the spot. The cashiers are really nice and helpful. There's a $10 card minimum but it's pretty easy to spend more than $10 here. I picked up a few refrigerator magnets while I was here and they look really nice on my fridge (I collect these). Tasty findings on our most recent visit were: -Jalapeño Pringles -Wisconsin cheddar jalapeño cheese curds -Smoked turkey leg -6-pack of a Grand Canyon brewering company Prickly Pear beer -32 oz pineapple wheat beer All were delicious. We would certainly buy most items again and are glad that this shop exists in an area with limited options - especially on Christmas Day during COVID when many places were closed.
