    Snow storm and gas
    Seliena C.

We got caught in a snow storm while driving our trailer. We didn't expect it for Arizona. This was the only place to pull off and park w/enough room for our Excursion and 38ft trailer. We left a note on their door explaining the situation and that we would buy some snacks and wine from their store. The employees were BEYOND nice and thanked us for leaving the note. We bought propane and wine (the necessities) left the next day around 3pm. They have a good variety of beer, wine and snacks. Be sure to stop here and support their business.

You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.

That guy was amazing. On the morning of Tuesday October 15th we called Adams Tow Company to pick us and our truck up and take us to their shop . They did arrive promptly and towed us to their shop. Over the phone He quoted us $300 for a trip and then upon arrival to the shop we were told the amount would be $420 ($10 a mile and $125 service fee) even thought he knew how far we had to go and he still ended up , up charging us. He's attitude was very unpleasant the entire time. As we arrived to the shop we had to wait awhile for the mechanic to arrive since he was in flagstaff picking up parts and an alternator for us. Now he was good. He got the alternator installed quickly and did an amazing job. But we were definitely not happy with the towing aspect of the company and his up charge. I would highly recommend Adam's Automotive repair shop but not recommend their towing service.

He even took the time to check a transmission cable (the suspected issue), let us know the part was inexpensive and easily available at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. We still needed the car towed to diagnose another problem, but I appreciated his generosity that could have saved a tow. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. A frantic call to Prescott Lock and Safe was answered by a wonderful lady who told me to call Steven, said he was local, and that he would come to me and open the car. I called, Steven answered, and said "I WILL BE RIGHT THERE". I texted the address to him, he arrived within ten minutes, and had the car open in less than two minutes. He was wonderful in every way, reassuring, professional, and just outstanding. The price for arriving within ten minutes of my call and opening my car up professionally and with no damage at ALL, was extremely reasonable and totally worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Steven from Dash Hound Towing. I don't know what I would have done today, other than use a rock to break a car window. Steven is a tremendous resource to our community.
