There's a Taco Bell and Cinnabon inside this Pilot stop. This might actually be one of my favorite stops in between Houston and Dallas. The bathrooms are very clean and even have cute planters hanging on command strips - we appreciate the little details. It's not a Buc-Ees but it is impressive! Lots of new pumps, a huge General store with a Cinnabon and a Taco Bell right inside, a pizza and food area, lots of snack and drink selections, CLEAN bathrooms, and service! They even have self check out registers!! Gas is priced on par with everyone else. The whole establishment is clean and organized. This is a nice gas station option that I will be sure to hit from now on. read more

The only Pilot I know in Buffalo is Alex L! Actually I know another one, and she's awesome. For a second I was like we don't have a pilot in Buffalo! (Other than Alex and the mystery girl). We don't have any major chain truck stops in Buffalo itself - or even within 20 minutes of the city. Then I realized that this is Buffalo Texas and that we stopped here on the way back from Dallas on one of our recent trips across the country where Barbie came with me from Buffalo to Chicago to Dallas and then down to our home in Houston. It's actually a pretty good truck stop and we didn't have any trouble here and it's clean and new and gas is fairly cheap but not as cheap as you would want it to be which is the reason it scores 4 instead of 5. read more

Pilot Travel Center is the way to go when you are traveling for Thanksgiving. They always have great gas prices and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. The variety in snacks is pretty amazing. This Pilo Travel Center also had a Taco Bell next to it, for anyone who is a craving a little tex-mex while driving. I would suggest for everyone to download their points app because they have pretty good deals and you can sometimes get free coffee or free tea. During this trip we used a coupon of a wing combo for $1 off Red Bull. The wings were surprisingly good and a good "snack" for the road. Pilot Travel Center is always the way to go! read more

This is usually our favorite pilot to stop at, always clean, Taco Bell is great, and (used to be) friendly. The new manager does not enjoy doing her job and helping our truck drivers. Needed to print 2 copies of BOL, she refused to look at her email, claimed there was no email when it was clearly there, then kindly asked her to print 2 copies and she only brought one. Excellent pit stop for the Dallas to Houston road trippers. The entrance drives for cars and trucks are on completely separate sides of the building, preventing the chaotic truck vs car vs human situations that often occur at truck stops. The bathrooms are super clean. Like super super clean. You do have to physically turn on the sink to wash your hands, so it's not completely a touch-free experience. But it's close - no icky door handle to touch with your clean hands on the way out. I was really impressed that healthy food selections are prominently displayed near the other fast food (Cinnabon, Taco Bell and pizza available as made to order). Options included fresh fruit, Chobani, green leaf salads and simple sandwiches. Gas prices were competitive with other stations nearby. All in all, we'll bookmark this location as a preferred travel stop. read more

We went to the Taco Bell there and ordered a quesarrito (quesadilla and burrito combined) and they somehow didn't put queso on it???? They gave rice instead? I'm not the biggest Taco Bell fan in general but my friend was pretty pissed. I guess we probably won't be in Buffalo very often in the future so it doesn't matter that we had this problem and we understand that mistake happen but... like ????? Rice instead of queso?? Very clean on the inside and so convenient off I-45. A plus is if you're on a road trip and your kid harasses you for Taco Bell, there's one inside this Pilot gas station. The people that work here are pretty nice and the upkeep around the store is constant. Would recommend for a quick stop for sure! read more

This is our new stop when we travel between Dallas and Houston and helps us avoid the craziness of the other large gas station with the beaver who-shall-not-be-named. There's a Taco Bell in here with plenty of seating and TV's, which allowed us to catch a few minutes of the NBA playoffs. The bathrooms are relatively clean and a much better option than other fast food chains. Tons of food and drink options and they even have a couple self checkout stations for convenience. I was not expecting this. Easily comparable to the famous beaver gas station. Bathroom had about 6 stalls, but they were all super clean. The store had a very wide selection of real meals like grilled chicken and vegetables, pizza, wings, cake, Cinnabon, and even Taco Bell. Very offended by terrible service. Otherwise would never take time out of my trip to comment a gas station/pit stop. Treated badly by cashier chit-chatting with friend at register. Great place to stop when traveling between Houston and Dallas. I was hoping to find a clean bathroom and Pilot was just that! Don't make the mistake of stoping at the first place off the freeway like I did - turned around and walked right out of there...then noticed Pilot was the next one up the road with a Taco Bell attached to it. Pilot had CLEAN bathrooms, the cashiers were very nice, they had a Taco Bell and they carry Cinnabon - what else could you want. Adam made sure the experience was to not be enjoyed, got her order wrong twice then blamed her, so professional, she left unhappy, not wanting to return, Adam you are a perfect example how not to behave. I stopped here to eat Taco Bell as I was on my way to Houston from Dallas with 4 Hungry kids they messed up my order and didn't give me all of my tacos so I went to the counter and politely asked for the rest of my food then I went to eat my tacos and open them and some of them just had meat and cheese which those were supposed to be just for the kids soft tacos so I went back to the counter and addressed it and as the employee was trying to tell the manager the issue the manager got really loud saying that he had been watching me go to the table and he watch me come back up there twice and he already gave me my food and he was the manager so I guess it was like he was saying that I was trying to get free food but I was just trying to get my food order right after I spent $40 he was very rude and unprofessional saying I'm the manager and I watched you walk to the table why didn't you address that the tacos weren't right the first time you came up here I said because I didn't unwrap the tacos I just knew that there were missing some and he just walked off with an attitude saying he would just give a refund instead of giving me the food that I ordered and my kids were hungry so once they give me my tacos I asked the employee to talk to him again, he then threw his hands up like if he was too busy to speak to me when he came to speak to me I said so if you're the manager why are you talking to me the way you are and acting like it is my fault that my order was messed up and he still said ma'am I watched you come back and forth twice and just was very disrespectful when all I was trying to do is get my food in my order right I felt very unwelcomed and felt like I was doing something wrong just by trying to address the situation I felt like he was trying to say I was trying to get free food and that is very unprofessional if he is the manager I then ask him for his name and he said his name was Adam. Very clean. Large selection. The night I was here they had the best gasoline price of anyone in the area. The employees are very nice. The grounds around the store are very nice. And because the gasoline area is lower then the road adjacent to it, the wind Was not nearly so bad down here and so the Wind chill wasn't as bad, so filling up with gas was not so miserable read more

For nearly 3 years I have been a very satisfied & happy returning customer but sadly can't say the same anymore as I will NOT return due to horrible customer service this past week! Before my recent bad experience, I stopped here 3 weekdays a week between 6am-7am on my way to work from Dallas to Houston, the same short. sweet, brunette girl always worked the morning shift I can't remember her name but she's been there forever always has a huge smile & treats every customer with royalty. Not once have I ever seen her not smiling or having a bad day. No matter what I order from her at Cinnabon it's always hot & fresh and goes great with the fresh coffee!! Occasionally I would surprise my co workers with Cinnabon and would place around $100 orders maybe every 2 weeks. However I went in last week & a new girl with glasses was working instead of the dark haired lady, she did not greet me, was rude,& acted like I was a inconvenience to her day. The center of roll was ridiculously small compared to what I've had in the past & did not taste fresh.& was cold. I went back the next day & a different blonde lady was working "didn't get her name" but the Cinnabon was so messy and window did not look fresh that I only bought my coffee & left.. sweet lady working the coffee area was nice & asked if she could help but the blonde woman who checked me out was complaining that she didn't get paid enough, & griped about her job to another customer.. I miss the other girl terribly I'm assuming she quit & I see why!! Good luck to this place. It's a good place to stop if you're looking for one. They had the cheapest gas in the Buffalo area and they had plenty of space for me to easily get my truck and 30 foot camper trailer in and out.
