4/22/26 came in at 1730 for my 30 minute dot break figured I'd get some food and a few energy drinks first the road. Store had almost all the coolers empty, no hot food available, no service at the only other option in the subway restaurant. I asked about the fridge and the hot food but only got excuses about prepping for tomorrow and the inventory not correct like it was the vendors fault. This store is a complete dump, the parking lot is disgusting. There's trash everywhere. Most of the fuel pumps do not work. The cashiers are just standing around instead of working. Complete ghetto fabulous. read more

Night shift is great! staff is super friendly! bathrooms are clean and store in general is super clean

employee came out and threaten to call the police on my truck after tell us we had to leave but didn't say nothing to the other trucks after we only had been at location 6 mins. My partner went to wash his face and make coffee and soon as he got back she came being rude. We wasn't blocking other trucks because a truck had just pulled to the fuel tanks and was fueling. She didn't say nothing to the other 2 trucks that was there. I think our race was the issue ... 6 mins was the duration of the visit .. we wasn't getting gas just getting coffee and swapping drivers and if driver behind us would of finished before us we would have just moved.. read more

Discusting every visit... Floors desperately need mopped throughout the store. The hot dog buns, hot cheese and coffee depleted with several customers standing around waiting and asking for said items to be filled. I was in this Pilot about 6 weeks ago and the hydraulic arm on the door nearest the truck entrance exploded and I was sprayed with hydraulic fluid. Sounded like a gun went off! Anyhow, the entrance hallway was splattered with grease from floor to ceiling and today's visit revealed that the door is still broken and hydraulic fluid is dried and was not cleaned up. read more

The parking is too small for this location and the fuel pump are not displaced well service is slow but the food good

We stopped in there and got fuel for the RV, there was plenty of room and the pump took cards with the chip. But the five stars go to the Cinnabon inside. They got it going on. It's a small little place inside the travel center but they had some of the best cinnamon buns I have ever put in my mouth ,And the employees were super nice, they deserve a raise.If my wife and I ever make it back to Cheyenne we will definitely stop at this pilot travel center and get the best Cinnabon's ever made. read more

I came accross very arrogant old lady who refused to give me my philmore cup refill even though my rewards card clearly shows that I am qualified for one. The manager refused to issue and defended the lady. I then came back in the evening and another latino woman had politely given me refill by scanning the bar code on her register and not even asking me for my cup. read more

Station is complete chaos! Worst I have ever seen. I will never go to this gas station with my motorhome & tow ever again. I was inside on pump 7 and was forced to disconnect my tow vehicle in order to get out. Some genius put a circular decorative curb in front where I could have turned....nice job guys! Moreover, I saw other RVs with 5th wheels at other pumps unable to get out past the parked cars in front. I'd say that the new Love station across from Pilot being completed now is going to eat Pilot's lunch! Pilot should at least warn RV customers NOT to come in....but no, they just don't care! read more

Area around pumps were filthy, there was more bags on pump handles than not. I've never seen so many inoperable pumps at an open station. No water to wash your windshield. The price was pretty good, but the station is a dump, poor management. This is a Pilot Station, owned by Flying J, which used to be nice, clean, well run stations, not anymore. read more

The actual facility was very clean and nice! The ladies restroom was closed for cleaning but they had a sign saying where to go! When I checked out, however, a lady named Cassie was behind the counter. When I said hi and smiled she just stared at me. I was short one penny and asked if they had a "give/get a penny jar", she looked at me like I was an idiot and shook her head no. So I took my change back and gave a larger bill instead. After she gave my change I said "thank you" and smiled and she still said nothing. Please PLEASE work on your customer service! I have always found this station to have excellent customer service. The wind and dirt is difficult in the surrounding area.....I find this station to be a clean, nice respite when I'm working in the area and need to fill up with gas, get a bite to eat, and take a break. read more

Watch your credit cards very closely if you use it while traveling thru this pilot station. I went thru there in Feb, got gas and kept traveling. The first of mar a $495.00 charge showed up on my debit card. I am back in texas and was working in Amarillo the day the card was charged. I am guessing an employee got the info off the card and decided to use it. The charge has been disputed but, now I have to cancel my card and double check all my bank transactions. read more
