Never has there been any mediocre personalities at the counter or when serving. The few times I went, service was always very friendly, helpful, caring and kind. It was like In N Out or Chick-fil-A on steroids. I love being treated like I am appreciated and never disappointed with the quality or freshness of the food. The place is always clean. The restrooms are very nice and are something you might find at a higher end establishment. The only thing missing was the attendant who hands you a towel. Lol. She was clearly trying to prevent a mix-up, but instead of taking her seriously, he brushed it off by saying he had "tasted it" and would deal with it later. That kind of response is a red flag, especially considering how dangerous a mistake like that could be for diabetic customers. To make matters worse, he corrected her loudly in front of everyone, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I don't want anyone losing their job, but this situation really does need to be addressed, not just for food safety reasons, but to ensure professionalism is upheld, no matter how stressful things get.
