She was clearly trying to prevent a mix-up, but instead of taking her seriously, he brushed it off by saying he had "tasted it" and would deal with it later. That kind of response is a red flag, especially considering how dangerous a mistake like that could be for diabetic customers. To make matters worse, he corrected her loudly in front of everyone, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I don't want anyone losing their job, but this situation really does need to be addressed, not just for food safety reasons, but to ensure professionalism is upheld, no matter how stressful things get. That said, not all the service was negative. One standout moment was a staff member walking the dining room, checking in with guests, and even bringing a refill directly to a customer so they didn't have to get up. That level of attentiveness is something I haven't seen at other Chick-fil-A locations and absolutely deserves recognition. My order was brought out to me and it was hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless and welcoming, which makes it easier to find a comfortable place to dine in at.
