I stayed at the hotel next door for about a week and went to this gas station a few times early on…read morein my stay. I ended up walking the couple blocks to the other gas station for the duration of my week there. Every staff member I came into contact with was rude and snotty. Most gas stations have a penny cup in case someone goes a penny over on gas. Well I was 2cents short on my purchase and began to look around for the penny dish, couldn't find it, decided to ask the attendant and was harshly told "this is a business and businesses don't give away money!" My boyfriend was also scolded by an attendant who also escalated it into throwing the pack of cigarettes he had purchased at him and called him numerous names (that's assault if he really wanted to take it that far and call the police!). I went back into the station a few months later and was met with the same rude service (and the same workers I had the most issues with somehow still had their jobs) I was outraged!

As soon as I entered the store, all I heard was the "F" word several times while she was talking to someone on her cellphone while on speakerphone. She kept saying she will F**king walk out right now. So and so F**king called off or didn't show up and I'm not working 8am-11pm. I was so disgusted hearing this, along with other customers, that I paid for my items so I could get out of this store. I WILL NOT return to this store due to the unprofessionalism, profanity, and unwilling to keep the conversation PRIVATE so they customers couldn't hear it. The customers shouldn't hear all of the hate, disgust, and feel that they are not welcome. She even had the register closed so that everyone had to use the self checkout. And, if you've ever used those, you know it's not always accurate. I had 4 bottles of water and 2 packs of M&M's. It rang up all 4 bottles of water and only 1 pack of M&M's. I kept trying to scan the second bag and she told me it was on there. I informed her that it wasn't on there and she said it was. The machine still didn't recognize it. She told me it was on there and I could pay if I was finished. So, with 3 other customers behind me, I paid and the transaction went through. I printed my receipt and yep, it wasn't on there. Of course, she continued to talk to another employee (I believe a manager) about she was F**king calling off tomorrow. I politely asked for a bag and she seemed angry that I asked for it. I'm like I'm trying to carry 4 bottles of water and 2 packs of M&M's. So glad I won't visit this place again. Circle K (Forsyth, IL) you need to fire this employee as she will ruin your business. Circle K, you also need to train employees that this is unacceptable.

Their carriers don't deliver to the correct address, and when they do the package is often damaged. Complaints directed to Fedex go without any kind of QC/QA, bc they're a multi-billion dollar company & 'to hell with the customers'. Replacement product is often also delivered in the same manner. I've cancelled my club membership mainly bc Sam's doesn't give me a choice in shipping service, even though I'm paying for it. Too bad, bc I really like some of their Member's Mark products, but I don't have a club within a reasonable driving distance, and the cost of membership wouldn't be cost effective.
