I stopped for a few drinks, more specially iced tea. There are plenty of places with less than good iced tea. Pilot has some good tea. I looked over to the side and thought, I could use some coffee too. I poured a cup and topped it off with some half and half. I used the restroom and it was clean. I will stop again. read more

Gas prices far too expensive especially for gasoline watered down with ethanol! Would expect to possibly spend this much for pure gasoline during an oil embargo but not when you can buy it for less just a couple of exits away. Also, for a travel center, there were at least eight buckets with window brushes and not a single one had any fluid in them! Not even with regular water. At least other travel centers provide some soapy water for window cleaning. As for the experience on the inside, there was employee. I will assume he was probably the only job seeker within 50 mile radius. As for the substance they were calling ice tea, it was an undrinkable liquid that tasted like a vile concoction of concentrated tea dissolved in water dipped out of a horse trough that pigs had used for bathing. In short, it was disgusting. I'd suggest trying Love's or even the two pump station with the tow-truck with the flat tire. You'd be better off. read more

Went here at 12:30 on a Friday. The pumps said you had to pay inside and the inside was "closed". Unbelievable that was possible. A lot of annoyed people there. read more

We are on a road trip to Tucson and we pulled over at this gas station to use the restroom and grab some snacks and drinks! When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly women at the cashier. They have a good selection of snacks but beware they have a lot of toys The downside is that it was not the cleanest location! One other thing that brought it down in stars was that when we were getting ready to check out, I was in line and I have a hearing impairment and I did not hear the male cashier say he was open and he started yelling at me saying hey you I'm open don't you hear. It was very off setting and made the whole experience awkward. It's a good stop but make it quick. read more

Went to 4 different pumps and they're all either pay inside or freeze while you're trying to put pin in. Horrible and frustrating.

Pilot is usually a safe bet for an orderly gas station, with lots of pumps and clean restrooms, so I was surprised at the mini me version of this one lurking out around the outskirts of town. It's like the kid that just never grew up to play in the big leagues. It's the Rudy of gas stations, and hopefully somebody gets that reference. The pumps are in short supply for the business it pulls down, leaving cars blocking up the small lot and mass confusion seemed ready to break out at any minute. Employees inside are harried and rude and the bathrooms need attention. read more

We stopped here on our way to San Antonio and our way back too. This is one of the smallest Pilots we've been in, it only had three bathroom stools and it was super busy. Coffee was okay nothing special ir great. read more

Good gas station with many options but bathroom wasn't clean that well but at least they have an Arby's nearby

I had no problems really out of this one, except how gross the restrooms were. Almost all of them were out of stock, and I couldn't wash my hands because they didn't have soap. No problems from the pumps except the wait on getting to one. Get some clean car wipers so we can wipe the bugs off. Geez. read more

Clean showers a great stop to get a real shower form the motor home. The customer service was great. If you apply for a membership (free) prior not o it do you save on fuel but the showers are free ( for RV and cars too) read more

Decent rest stop in New Mexico, and it has an Arby's! So if you need some gas or coffee, you can also grab a quarter-pound heartburn and get back on the road! read more

Small pilot but not too bad. Just be careful when you're pulling in or out of the gas pumps because it's a high traffic area.

If I can give it less than a star I would. The cashier inside is amazing. But the food that the guy cooks is the slowest freaking food possible. If you're in a hurry and you don't have 20 minutes to spend waiting and then getting your order mixed up because there's no POS system. You're gonna be waiting a long time. Then the guy throws away your paper and then he pulled it out of the trash and says that he didn't throw it away what. I always use this truck stop for the easy Entry/Exit access for Doubles trailers. Parking for these is not that great but you will be fine if you just pull forward. The Loves truck stop in this town is way too small. I never had an issue with the Arby's food at all, and the store has a nice selection of sandwiches/drinks/snacks also. read more

Driving cross country and this is a nice place to gas up, use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. It's reasonably clean, the staff is friendly and they even have novelty items that make for great keepsakes or cheap laughs before going back on the road. read more

We stopped by at Pilot Travel Center for Arby's. The chicken sandwiches were not the best. We agreed that our buns tasted like hard and old. But the only thing I was impressed with their peppermint Stick Swirl Shake, and it was delicious.... The curly fries was not that great also! I had experience another Arby's better than this one. On my way home to California. Had to stop and get gass. Also was a little hungry and didn't want to go to restaurant. Wanted quick snack. So before I went to look at the food they had. I walked into the store and it smelt really bad. Gar to use the restroom so I went to the rest room. It was horrible. Walked into the stall to tgere we're feces on the toilet. Ground. Toilet paper every we're and could tell this is we're the smell. Was coming from threw the whole store. I then ran out. Gagging almost throwing up every we're. I then did not want anything from this store wit feces smell. All over it. Poor food. Poor guest. Worse experience ever. I the. Told the attendent it needed service and he said he could not smell.
