Please remember this is both a TRUCK stop and a stop for everyone else (including me)! I came here just to go the bathroom (which was fine)... but then ended up buying a snack. This place seemed to have a lot of people not only because it is a truck stop, but literally everyone else uses it too... so there was a line, but I didn't really care. The cashier seemed hurried and seemed to be missing one vital component- customer service! I would recommend increasing staffing to meet the demands of this stop so the one cashier on duty with a line 6 deep doesn't feel so overwhelmed. Great location off the interstate! read more

Came here because I was in need of munchies and an emergency bathroom pitstop! Located conveniently off of I-80 this place is a great stop for gas. The food was very overpriced, the bathrooms are definitely terrible. Lacked healthy options too. Employees weren't to happy about helping out. Definitely wasn't the best experience read more

I normally don't review gas stations but this place had something special. Most gas stations do many things well but suck at the most important travel item. That item is taking a dump. A gas station is usually feared when it comes time to taking care of business. This place not only had a clean bathroom, but the stalls were private where I don't have to worry about people peeking through the gap at my naked azz dropping a bomb. I am a truck driver so I stop here for my food and other needs like diesel. The restrooms were OK not so clean now so dirty customer service was average but their parking lot is a disaster a lot of potholes in oh not good for the vehicle if you're not careful you might shift you load. Pilot rips all the truck driver off with expensive merchandise and everything but they can't fix their freaking parking lot. read more

Pretty standard Pilot station. A lot of pumps for quick fill ups and all of your standard convenience store fare. Large clean bathrooms are always a plus when traveling and needing a break, along with snacks and drinks to get you on your way. read more

The diesel pumps in front operate like crap. I have to fill up every other day and it takes 1/2 hour to fill up 20 gallons. The employees say that they no about the problem, but management does not do anything about the problem. read more

While coming home on a road trip we decided to stop at this pilot gas station because they had a cinnabon! Upon entering we noticed there was prepackaged cinnabon but there was also a counter in the middle of the store where you can purchase single cinnabons. The lady at the counter was so rude. We asked for 3 regular and 3 with pecans. She didn't make eye contact, she roughly handled our money. After handing over our order we asked if it came with any extra frosting (usually buying a six pack does) she sighed loudly and told us there was a charge. I pulled out money and she snatched it out of my hand....I held out a penny in my hand to make the change back even and she shush ed it away with her hand, all while sighing loudly. She roughly put the money in my hand and didn't even say thank you. I have never had such poor service. She's really lucky I'm a nice person and had a taste for cinnabon! Will never return to this location. read more

I witnessed a complaint by a truck driver since this place did not have proper parking spot for his rig. He was pushed around by an employee who empties out trashcans. So when he asked for manager to talk to, a cashier claimed to be the manager and without any investigation started backing up their employee. I was watching and amazed! But then another gentleman came out of their office and claimed to be the manager! He as well without any discussion with the customer backed up the employee and then all employees ganged up on customer! what a shame! poor guy was walking away shaking his head when manager loudly said "it is a hot day and everybody needs to come down! meaning their customers! I followed the driver outside and told him that I witnessed everything and they were wrong in what they did. He then showed me his rig with two trailers behind it. He said he stopped there to use the scale but then he realized there was no parking for his type of truck to park and go inside for few minutes and at the same time their cleaning guy was telling him to park in a spot which he could not do it with his two trailers. Employee then told him he does not know how to drive his rig and if it was him instead he could maneuver and park the rig in a second! and continued by saying but he can't because he does't have a license! however he doesn't think driving a rig is that hard so diver of truck does not know how to drive his rig! After venting out he left but I promised him to get the word out about his treatment at Pilot Travel Center in Minooka IL. read more
