Newer gas station, it's honestly the last metro area gas station before you start hitting farm land. It's a great gas station, features great food and drinks, great for anyone looking for a quick stop. Even a great place to get a quick car wash. I was very happy that we will have a gas n wash close by. I went there with a brand new car to wash it and I got 2 long scratches on both sides of the car. They made a report and the next day they called and said that the claim is denied. I wanted to proof them that is their machine's fault, but they said they are not responsible at all.I canceled the membership immediately. read more

I just went to the car wash today at 3:45 PM. The lane I was in the gate was not working. Fordyce standing around just watching me as I was asking for help. No one came over to my lane, no one offered to help, they all just did around doing nothing! I don't pay a monthly fee for this crappy customer service! read more

Like this location they are nice and very helpful to customers, they even have a Bitcoin machine in here for anyone interested in buying some crypto even though most people are not into it because it's they still prefer Fiat, got a car wash here a few times as well. read more

This is specifically for the car wash . We have used the car wash at this location since it's opened with no complaints, but unfortunately we had a bad day there where the spinning rag things ripped the side of our van and tore up the fender and caused damage , they apologized admitted it was their fault and filled out an accident report then sent us to a body shop for a quote said they would fix it and take care of us, now that they got the quote they are saying it's not their fault , are you freaking serious??!!! So now we will be getting a lawyer and taking them to court, they are a despicable company to not own up to their fault, I will make sure everyone knows about them and post notices in jewel and other places online as well read more

I went to this establishment for a car wash. I literally got stuck in the middle because f the car wash. It just randomly stopped for about 5 minutes. Two workers walked past me while I was stuck. There was no communication whilst I was stuck or after the machine resumed and I exited. I went to the gas station to talk to the manager ( older male) about the incident he didn't seem to care. He sent me back to car wash area to discuss a discount. I talked to the employee at the car wash who also showed no concern about my having been stuck. He offered me a free car wash which would expire in 5 days. read more

This is in reguards for the gas station clerk Kelsey with her abhorrent attitude and disrespect towards customers. I work 3rd shift and get off at 530am. I figured I'd stop in to grab some beer on the way home and there was this....lady (could call her a few other choice names), she did nothing but give a very distasteful attitude and when I called her out on lying to me she walked around the counter to go to the soda fountain and had some more attitude and continued on with "if you need it so bad, go somewhere else"....will NEVER EVER come back to this location. Stopped at the new Shorewood Gas & Wash for the first time today. I am impressed! Free vacuum's to use. And buckets filled with free tire pre-cleaning solution and bug solution to self prewash (w soft brushes). I selected the $3 light wash and added a $3 Carnauba wax. Once I entered the wash, a nice gentleman gave me a free lint-free towel (which he said they hand out every Tues.) and he said they hand out a different free product on Wed's, I believe. My car came out spotless and I used the free cloth to wipe off what little water remained on my side mirrors. Great experience! I'm so glad there is decent car wash closer to Minooka since the ones in Minooka never wash my car properly or function without error. Yay, Gas & Wash. read more

I sat stuck in line for 5 minutes. The car wash was shut down because the door failed to open all the way and scratched the whole hood of a ladies car. Waited to be backed out of the line and stood waiting for resolution while mgmt and employees ran around. After 10 minutes they opened the wash back up and offered to let us go back through. As I wasn't about to test their wash on my new vehicle I insisted on being reimbursed. After 5 minutes of waiting I decided my time and Yelp review was more important then my $7 wash and damage to my truck. Good luck there, a free wash card would have sent me on my way and made me a happy customer as accidents happen. Now I'll never go back. read more

Gas defaults to premium here. I know I clearly selected unleaded. After pumping, I noticed a full tank cost me a lot more money. I told the attendant, and he says the unleaded must not have registered, therefore it automatically registered to premium. Never heard of such a thing. Total way to get over on customers. Gas should not default to anything unless selected. So unfortunate. I was excited about this new gas station opening near my home. Now I will never go there again. read more

Just returned from a trip and needed a vacuum and wash desperately. This place is closest to my house and is normally my go to. Unfortunately, I've been going elsewhere due to the vacuums being constantly clogged with debris from previous users. Thirteen of the 18 vacuums (I know because I checked every one) were useless with no suction. I purposely waited until first thing this morning in hopes they were checked and cleared daily. Not so much. I took my business and $15 wash elsewhere. This should be a daily ritual every morning when turning your machines on. Even if not just to assist customers, it prolongs the life of the vacuum motors when maintained. Hope this is addressed. read more

Went through car wash once, vehicle not clean. They ran me through again. Still not clean. Don't have all day for a car wash to do its job. From now on I'm going back to a real car wash...NASCAR down 59. It's further for me but at least I can count on a clean car and I like their vacuums, which are also free, better. read more

Love this place!! This place is awesome especially the dunkin donuts! The donuts are soft and really good! But my only complaint about Dunkin Donuts is my friends and I got 50 munchkins and we only received 46! That was a huge disappointment! I might just need to go get a full refund! read more
