This Pilot Travel Center is located just off of Exit 41 via I-85 in Newnan. It is a long standing location that is a welcome site for those who want to avoid the other busy exits in Newnan. The spot is your standard Travel Center/Truck Stop featuring all the amenities for both standard and professional travelers. In addition, there is a Subway and Wendy's if you are after a bit more than snacks. Conditionally, its a busy convenience store, so there is always something to fix or address. Nothing too crazy or impactful. Cleanliness is solid throughout the entire store, even the restrooms. Gas pump area can get a bit overrun with debris at times, but they seem to address cleanliness quickly here. Service can be hit and miss. I have had great service at the registers and then not so great or enthusiastic service on the next visit. Never bad enough to keep me away for too long. The service requested was a cup of pineapples which was $3.99 plus tax but if you get 2 it's $6. The cashier greeted me like normal. The parking area I really don't remember paying attention to so I can't comment on that at all or about the showers. read more

I accidentally pulled off on this Newnan exit instead of the well lit, tons-of-retail one a mile or two down. Had to come on Yelp to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms were in great condition. The hot food bar had warm pizza. The coffee was GREAT! Only $2.50 for a medium! Better coffee than QuikTrip in my opinion. Gas station service, quality, and value standards were exceeded. Left with a full tank and nice cup of coffee. read more

Stay AWAY from this place. Whoever designed it should be fired and never allowed to plan any facility again. It is so cramped and crowded, 2 trucks can literally not enter and leave at the same time. The gas pumping area for cars is just ridiculously cramped. It is also the parking area for 2 gasoline tankers and the drivers completely shut down entry and exit for 10 minutes when we were there while they leisurely blocked the whole lot moving their private vehicles around during shift change. Place should be leveled and rebuilt again by a competent designer. read more

Below average gas station. It has the facilities and potential to be super nice, but isn't matinenced or managed well. Both Freestyle Coke Machines were out of ice, and out of over half of the drinks including main Coke drinks. There are huge signs saying that face masks are required in the store, but there is no employee enforcing this. Most people weren't wearing masks. Employees also were not wearing masks properly, most had them down to their chin. The only thing saving this gas station from getting 1 star is the Subway in the gas station. It was amazing, and the employees were so kind, and masked properly. There was even a mini dine-in area. There was also a Wendys in the gas station , but I did not visit it. The restrooms were very big and had about 7 stalls. They weren't the cleanest, with all sorts of toilet paper and paper towels on the ground. read more

I've been coming down to Newnan Georgia quite often for PetSmart. this pilot seems to stay filthy all the time they don't seem to want to clean it at all. disgusting mess is all over the place bathrooms not touched. the only redeeming factor is a Subway the Wendy's sucks too and they're not even owned by them they're just a franchise. I came in this morning on the 2nd of July walked into the bathroom first thing I want to do is wash my hands known the soap dispensers had soap 3 soap dispensers no soap. you can't tell me that they just recently checked the bathroom to run out of self that fast. should I go to find the manager tell him his place is a pigsty need to clean the bathrooms and I asked him if they don't you guys supposed to check them every hour record the pilots supposedly policy and of course I got the lotion and so I go yeah yeah we do all the time I like okay whatever just fill the soap please. this is a time to Corona virus has returned very strongly and brought along a friend named Karma..I see that have customers don't wear mask which doesn't surprise me in Georgia but the problem for me is the fact that more importantly is do you need to wash your hands with soap and water off at more than using sanitizer so this plain disgusting. the redeeming factor Subway I got a bacon egg and cheese it was done nice to heat of the egg up a little bit the way I like it it was fine they do have to be in the cup of coffee so that was good too that's the reason why I'm holding the two stars even though it's one and a half and not dropping to 1.. the parking lots and absolutely filthy mess with garbage everywhere however this part of Southern Georgia it's to be expected unfortunately you can go to pretty much any truck stop or fuel stop and see that .what's inexcusable though are the beer bottles everywhere that people can't even throw out after they're done drinking the previous night in the dark I could care less if you do or not but throw out your goddamn stuff. read more

The entrance and exit of this truck stop is the worst. Not worth the stop at all. No room at all. Trucks are backed up all the way around the truck parking lot. Will take about 30 mins just to leave. Never coming here again read more

Worst costumer service ever! I stopped by to put in gas and it wasn't taking my card I thought it was something to do with the system and it said I had to go inside to the cashier. When I paid it was weird since the employee asked for my zip code and my 4 digit number I didn't think much of it until my card was canceled by my bank thankfully, but the employee had stolen my information and made a charge to my card of 150 that was not mine. read more

A convenient stop on my travels. They have snacks galore. A Wendy's and a 24 hour Subway is there. I've been stopping in here many years and over all this time, the restrooms are to me their biggest eyesore. They are normally a mess and are well in need of repair and upgrading. read more

As a truck driver, I see many Pilot locations and most ...not all, but most Pilot Travel Centers fall short when it comes to cleanliness and proper maintenance in the restrooms, showers & restaurants. This is a corporate wide, management failure & is indicative of how they view their customers. I went to this Pilot and it's the worst Pilot ever in terms of their system as well as the customer service. I used my card to get some gas and their system froze. Therefore it charged my card. I was told that I wouldn't t be able to get gas after I showed them my PayPal transaction that went through and was posted on my account. It was a total inconvenience on their part and the fact that the manager wanted to get an attitude was even worst. Please fix your customer service and your system. read more
