I was able to respond by text that the $1 authorization was legitmate, but from that point forward, the app would not authorize. Without that, I wasn't able to use the pump initially since I don't have a Sam's Club membership. But the nice attendant was able to help, bypassing the membership check and I was able to fill up. Cost was $51.75 for 11.737 gallons at $4.41 for 93 octane. I did try to create a new business entry for this specific fuel station but as sometimes happen, the Yelp AI combined it into the Sam's Club warehouse store.

They "run out" of medicine constantly and now they've arbitrarily decided that a medicine they've been filling monthly (as the script is written) can only be filled every other month per "pharmacy regulations"! You can never call through to these people. Even my insurance rep couldn't get through. Web contact never works either. Rebel people. Stomp your feet. Complain up the chain. This is the biggest pharmacy in the US and they are inept! Changing pharmacies does nothing to improve this situation and some people have to use them.

I was visiting when my mom called the pharmacy about a new prescription. She reached the owner/pharmacist, Michelle, to inquire about the price. Michelle first complained about her staff and her own personal health before trying to help my mom who patiently listened. When my mom asked about the price again, Michelle quoted her a price nearly $100 more than her doctor advised. When my mom questioned the price difference, Michelle snapped and told her not to yell at her. There was no yelling. My mom was calmly asking for clarity. She's on a fixed budget and every dollar matters. Long story, short...Michelle hung up on my elderly mom. My mom called her doctor's office back and the prescription was quickly sent to another pharmacy who filled it for $80 less than Lone Oak Pharmacy (yes, EIGHTY dollars difference for medication and only five minutes down the road!). This story has a happy ending no thanks to Lone Oak Pharmacy - they were trying to take advantage of an elderly customer and disguised as it customer shaming.

I had a very rude experience last night which was 3 February 2026. I came to the store with plenty of time to shop before closing. However 20 minutes before scheduled closing time, they made an announcement that the store would be closing soon and to bring any items to the front for purchase. I checked the time to confirm they were still open for another 20 minutes and continued browsing. As I was getting closer to the front, but not in line to pay - the cashier tried to hurry me along by asking if I was ready yet. I told her I wasn't quite yet. Then the other woman working with her loudly said that it was about time for them to go home and that I was the only customer left in the store. There was still 15 minutes until scheduled closing time at this point but, I went ahead and just made my purchase. However, the cashier didn't stop there. I bought quite a few things and she put all of them in one tiny bag completely filled to the top so the handle ended up ripping while I was carrying it. This experience was very uncomfortable and uninviting. I do not appreciate how unprofessional and rude they were. They were on the clock being paid while behaving this way and I doubt the company would approve of treating customers this way - especially paying customers.
