My very first visit was to try out Dunkin donuts that's located inside... the staff wasn't trained obviously bc they had no clue what they were doing or what they served. The gas station was clean and pretty empty not much traffic. Theres also a PJ fresh located inside this gas station. They have over night semi parking and showers for truckers which is nice. Nice selection of cooler items and slushie machines. They only carry maybe 7 different lottery tickets which is a bummer. Stopped by the Pilot in Rochester, Indiana, during a road trip, and it worked well for a quick stop. The parking lot is big and easy to navigate, which makes pulling in hassle-free even when it's busy. On our way back home from Indy back in March, we had to make a pitstop. The employees were kind but not overly chipper or anything. The bathrooms were clean and I can always appreciate a gas station with a Dunkin Donuts attached. I usually get a craving for doughnuts when I'm at a gas station but having a Dunkin Donuts right there makes it impossible to resist that craving. Overall, if you need a quick snack, decent priced gas and a clean bathroom, Pilot is always a decent choice. Our local Pilot also has a restaurant and clean bathroom. They are usually fairly consistent with being clean and fairly average with their gas prices. read more

Very clean inside and out. Went today to have lunch with my cousin. I had pot roast , garlic mashed potatoes and Parmesan broccoli. She had 5 cheese pizza. I didn't try the pizza but it looked good. I was very impressed by my meal. Pot roast was tender and had potatoes and carrots mixed in. Mashed potatoes were great. Broccoli was really good not over steamed. They add garlic to the mashed potatoes and garlic and Parmesan to the broccoli. Seems like a good place for truck drivers to stop. They have showers and other amenities for them. And the food is good and lots of choices. They also have a Dunkin Donuts inside. read more

Nice new pilot truck stop, clean and tidy, give it Time it will soon become a mess like most of the Others in the PFJ CHAIN. Has 33 truck parking places and fills up fast Has 3 nice sized showers for drivers. Also has the new PFJ deli food counter but this seems to be only limited hours, there's also a Dunkin doughnuts inside, but after 10pm you can only Get That days stales doughnuts, no coffees or other Sandwiches. read more

Service is horrible in this establishment. All the bathrooms were full so I requested a shower waited 30 minutes while a shower door was left wide-open and nobody was cleaning. I asked if it was going to be cleaned and was told after her break. Finally just had to get a Refund for my shower credit and I'll find somewhere else to go to the restroom. I'll never stop here again. Fuel Prices are through the roof anyway. read more
