I will NEVER go to a Pilot gas station again! I stopped to fill up my car during a work trip (cost $27) and they put a $151 hold on my bank account. At first, I thought it was fraud, but my bank confirmed (and later so did Pilot when I called their corporate office) that they do this as a standard procedure for all gas pumping transactions. Pilot said it usually falls off before the customer even notices the $151 hold. Well, 5 days later, I still have the $151 hold on my account. So my little $27 charge cleared the very next day but they are still holding my $151. When I called Pilot they said they could not even open an investigation until at least 5 days had passed. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! read more

The place was clean and the coffee was good. Customer service was prompt but not friendly. Not the best or worst pilot.

Worst place to get gas. Plan ahead. It's always busy and people leave their cars at pump to go into center so it can be a 15 min wait for a pump and traffic jammed. Skip and go to other exits. read more

I'm a big fan of pilot traveling centers because they always have large restrooms I got plenty of snacks and just weird things don't even need any more like DVDs and CDs and umbrellas and things like that truly wouldn't think about it need. And I always have like a Wendy's or Taco Bell or Subway or something cool inside this one's got a Wendy's and I love Wendy's so this is A-OK by me read more

Quick on and off of I64. Always great fuel prices, clean bathrooms, and great selection of snacks for the road.

Smaller truck stop, minimal amount of truck parking none are reserved. Has a Wendy's, subway and Dairy Queen for food options.

Super friendly gas station! The only advice I'd be ready to wait either in the checkout or the bathroom. Super cute game room and when they open you can get super sweet treats! For people who are out of town, this is the last cheapest gas station before Louisville. So be prepared. And if you are going towards Kentucky, this is your first cheap gas station! read more

Gas station right off the expressway in simpsonville ky not to far away from the outlet malls. Has a Wendy's located inside if it. Standard pilot travel center with being a decent size. They have a decent sized area dedicated to Cinnabon and usually have pretty cheap gas and are usually pretty crowded with truckers. read more

Definitely do not expect good food at 1 am on a Sunday night. My burrito was like beans wrapped in a wet paper towel

I would never think of reviewing a Truck stop ...until now. First, and foremost Toni at Cinnabon is AWESOME!!! The restroom was closed for cleaning. Usually by the time you need the facilities when you're on the highway it means I NEED THEM NOW...right? So of course it was temporarily closed when I got there. But, TONI went out of her way to make sure they opened a shower room quickly. By the way, that shower room was very clean and I never realized how nice they are. They even had clean towels with 2 mints on it for anyone who uses the shower Toni also makes killer Cinnamon rolls with a smile The entire place was extremely clean with A LOT of goodies to buy. read more

This is my usual stop on I 64 for fuel between Louisville and Lexington. The fuel price usually a bit lower here. There is always heavy traffic coming in and out and there is not a lot of room to maneuver around the pumps. Also a Wendy's here with a drive through that adds to the traffic congestion. read more

Very easy to get gas before hopping on the highway, a lot of people go so be aware of all the jams that happen. I dislike how it only has one entrance/ exit. I think it was better how it was before with two way to be able to get out and in smooth without having to fight with someone being annoying bc it always packed! read more

Dang the gas pumps were busy! But I needed gas on my way to Louisville this past weekend. I only went in to use the bathroom. There were no seat covers in one stall, and no toilet paper in the other. One of the employees kept flushing one toilet over and over and then I heard her say "there's poop all over the toilet". I just lol'd and smh. There's an attached Wendy's, so it was nice to grab a Frosty for the road. I will give them an extra break and throw in an extra star because of the cheap rates on gas. read more

They think if they pick up the "big stuff" the place is clean. . . Nope that's not how it goes. There were no toilet paper in the stalls @10:30am. They had a roll on the counter. I guess you had to take some into the stall. You have to hover over the seat bc they dont keep the covers stocked or clean out the tampon/pad box so it smells. There were also two rolls of papertowels bc the one really ancient dispencer was jammed. The log sheet was missing, so I couldn't see when the last time it was claimed to be clean and upon leaving the Paula Deen impersonator at the register gave me a nasty look when my husband asked how it was & I replied truthfully with a simple, "I just dont think they know what cleaning something actually means." The plus side is they have one of those quarter slider machines and I love those. read more

Today is July 27th, 2020. The Kentucky Mask MANDATE was published on July 11th. I observed more than 20 people in about 5 minutes that walked in without masks on and weren't asked to put one on. Furthermore, the shelves were bare and their cooler was near empty with entire shelves missing product. There were three or four people standing behind the counter. There was product sitting on a pallet in the middle of the floor. The next time I come to Simpsonville, I'll make sure I get what I need in Louisville at Thornton's. read more

I love pilot! I can hardly go by one without stopping. This is my favorite location. This location also has a TJ Cinnamons and a Wendy's. They also have all kinds of neat little things you can only find at a truck stop. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean and they have a big selection of food and drinks. They also have a reward program similar to Speedway but better I think. read more

Very clean and courteous staff. Bathroom was clean and it was well lit. They really have more options than most places.
