I stopped into this Certified today to get a couple of snacks, and none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked them to put them on - I've stopped in before and asked the same thing, and explained what I did for a living and why I was being adamant. They complied last time, so I wanted to give them my business today. NEVER AGAIN. The young man working put his on, but the young woman who ended up ringing me up refused to place it over her nose. I told her it only worked if her nose was covered, and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to worry. I told her I did if I contracted the virus and passed it on, and she laughed, saying she didn't have it. I asked repeatedly how she could claim that, and she said she was healthy and felt fine. In the meantime, another male employee walked in, and I said to him, and you're not wearing a mask at all. His reply? "No, I'm not. And I just got back from Ft Lauderdale!!!" He then flailed his arms and pantomimed that I was being ridiculous. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND WOULD BE FINE IF THOSE TWO WERE FIRED. This isn't a joke, and I don't go to work every day and wear tons of PPE to have my life jeopardized by ignorant people. I'M LIVID. I hope the manager and owner sees this - though perhaps they are fine w/their employees not wearing masks. However, this business WILL be reported. And reviewed.

The "greenhouse" part of the business haas an excellent selection of plants - potted plats, flats, hanging backets, shrubs, etc. We talked to 3 different employees and ALL 3 were very pleasant and most helpful. They really seemed to know what they were talking about and we able to answer questions and direct us to where we could find particular plants. I did not get inside but my wife said they have what appears to be a well-stocked Italian deli inside. Something to look into on my next visit. We left with a trunkload of plants. I highly recommend this place.

Server attentive and dining area clean with several tv's. And being part of a market, a wider range of drinks to choose from. And no bate anywhere near the pie or dining area!

This seems to be true for all CVS. Self checkout was difficult. What i bought was light so they kept telling me to put it in a bag. I decided to forget the bag hoping the scale would detect it without the bag. It didn't for any of my 3 items. What could have been a fast checkout wasn't. My complaints tend to be systemwide no matter what store or state I am in. Also their app sucks. I click "send to the card" and I can't see later what coupons are on the card. I used to be able to go to that red machine for what is on my card and for price checks but I didn't see that machine. Again this is a CVS problem and has nothing to do with this store's employees or manager. It is frustrating.

Most of the shelves needed re-stocking and every single line was a minimum of 10 people deep, even the self-check out area. I waited 45 minutes to be checked out. The cashier had trouble hearing her scanner so scanned several of my items multiple times (coffee was scanned 4 times!). Good thing I was paying attention and was able to have it corrected. Sadly, the staffing and stocking issue isn't isolated to this location. I've seen it in Powell too and have since moved my business to Giant Eagle.
