The food is consistently fresh and enjoyable, making it stand out among similar establishments. I'd also like to recognize the store manager in particular. On two separate visits, the iced coffee machine wasn't working properly. She took the time to kindly explain the issue and resolved it quickly each time, all while remaining patient and attentive. This speedway still doesn't accept Apple Pay or chase Pay, but the technology is there once they decide to. What's also nice about this gas station is speedy rewards members get three cents off per gallon. I haven't stepped foot in the store itself, so I can't review it, just get my gas and leave. The garbage is never overflowing and the area s around the pumps are clean.

She was a female with dark hair, slicked back and pulled tightly in a bun with a tattoo on her right arm. She told me that the pump does not take the alternate ID. I advised her that it might be helpful to post that on the pump and that the pump will not fix itself. Customers are relying on the employees to draw these matters to the supervisor's attention, so it can be addressed. She had zero response or accountability. Hopefully the owner will read this and address the issue.

On October 30, 2015, I stopped at this service station on my way to work and filled my truck with…read morediesel fuel. I work in downtown Columbus, and by the time I passed Rt 161, the truck started shaking badly and then the engine cut out. It would not start again, so I had to call a service truck to tow me back to the Dodge dealership in Delaware. I had to get a loaner car and went immediately back to the service station to let them know that I believed something was wrong with the diesel fuel that I had just purchased. They quickly pulled out a claim form (like this happens all the time). I completed the form and waited to hear from their insurance company. The Service Manager at the Dodge dealership called me later that afternoon to let me know that they found water in the diesel fuel and that the damage repair was going to be $14,000! Long story short, my husband spend a lot of time finding, ordering and delivering new high pressure pump and injectors, to bring the total bill lower. it took 6 weeks to get the truck back in the same shape that it was in prior to fueling on Oct. 30th. Well BP's insurance company has denied our claim for reimbursement twice now and we even have a sample of the fuel with a 1/4 inch water at the bottom of the small glass jar. Apparently, it is difficult to win this type of judgment in court against BP, so I just want to warn everyone not to purchase diesel fuel at this station, because it could cost you a vehicle! I
