Stopped here to use the EV charging stations during our cross country trip. We grabbed some sodas and used the restrooms. They had lots of great snack items to choose from and clean restrooms. The charging stations were easy to access and they had plenty. There were other EV drivers using them so it was fun chatting with them too. read more

I'm gonna be real. This parking lot sucks. But when you're on the road. Sometimes you have to stop and the options aren't ideal. The staff are cool. They have to go subway sandwiches. And a great selection of snacks, drinks, or road "dinners" Clean bathrooms. read more

This gas station is so bizarre. First, the gas pumps are prepay even if you're using a debit or credit card. The first pump I tried didn't tell me that because after entering my zip code the pump would go back to the start screen. I moved pumps. 3 tries later it says "See cashier." Ok, no biggie. "How much gas do you need?" I'm using a card, and I'm a half a tank. "$20?" "Don't go over because it's a pain to give money back." I'm told. I gas up and need to hit the restroom. There's a line to even get in to the men's room. Ok, peak stop time, no biggie. I wait and get in to find a shirtless guy doing his laundry in one sink and sort showing in another, splashing water everywhere. An attendant is there watching this go down and is in front of the urinals facing everyone, blocking anyone from using them. Is he cleaning them or stopping the shirtless guy from using it, too? No idea. I'm not doing this and leave. Finally as I'm walking out two cashiers are having a heated discussion with a trucker with a line of trucks behind him. On the far side is the gas cashier explaining to someone else they have to prepay even though they're using a card, leading me to believe that this is a "normal" thing to this particular Pilot. Whatever is happening here, go at your own risk. Maybe I went here on a very off day but I don't think that's the case. read more

Disappointed with this Pilot, claims to be a truck / Travel center. Very limited parking for trucks. The traffic layout leaves something to be desired One entrance cars one way trucks the other then all Meet in the middle and it becomes a cluster feck. The couple of staff I spoke to were pleasant and friendly, but then it was nearly midnight and they Didn't have much going on. Important note for the truck drivers among us They don't have a cat scale here. read more

We got stranded with a bad starter. The employee Nate was so helpful! There was also a gas tanker driver (pilot driver) that helped as well, but I didn't catch his name. They are great guys and if it wasn't for them me and my daughter would have been stranded overnight possibly longer. Quality employees with compassion. Thank you. It's a PILOT filling station with nice big bathroom and a SUBWAY! I have not had subway in years. Years! But I was starving (traveling with my Dad means eat what there is or don't eat) and it was that, NOTHING or food kept warm under heat lamps. I chose Subway. My dad constantly has ants in his pants on road trips. There was one kid working and one person in line. I had sweat starting to run down the side of my face thinking my dad would be all ticked waiting on me. Thank GOD the kid (aka young man) rallied the troops and got a nice young lady to come wo/man the sandwich fixing table. I ordered a spicy footlong on wheat with spinach, green bell pepper, banana peppers, red onion, salt and pepper and a little oil and vinegar. It was actually really flipping good! Wish I had taken a picture of it too! My dad had the other half and enjoyed it tremendously. This PILOT stop was great! Thanks PILOT!!! read more

Amber Lee needs an attitude adjustment. She's got a really bad grudge on her shoulders. We approached the counter and as she rudely told us to go to another side of the counter, acted like her job was very difficult. Never greeted us, or asked how we were.... It's just polite to ask considering her rudeness. It's a gas station. If something is expired, don't put it on the shelf, that's really unprofessional to not be checking your products & the expiration dates. There were bags of candies that had dust on them. That's disgusting. The bathrooms need to be "Cleaned." The women's bathroom only had one bathroom out of 4 that was cleaned. read more

Absolute trash. Avoid this crap hole at all cost. Looks like they haven't cleaned the bathroom in weeks. Tried to use the stall and both toilet paper things were completely out. This place is Third World. Whoever manages it should be fired and this place should be taken out of business. read more

This is a smaller Pilot. The shower was clean and had decent water pressure. I am always bummed when a location doesn't have the "bean to cup" coffee but whadda ya gonna do? There is a Subway and they made an average Subway sandwich. Not a bad location if ya get here early. read more

Pilot stations are supposed to be travel centers. Cars in designated spaces make it difficult to get to the pumps. So crowded we were only able to get out by driving through the one truck space available that was not blocked by a reserved sign. Couldn't even go in to use the facility because we were blocking the pumps for other people. Pilot is disappointing me on this trip. read more
