To impress me, a florist shop needs to exhibit creativity and display unique flowers & plants. All of which, Chatham Flowers going for them. we discussed what I was looking for, the price point, if a vase was to be included or not, and they went to work creating a beautiful bouquet with exactly the flowers I was hoping would be in the arrangement. The final arrangement was stunning, packed for travel and for presentation. I could not be happier with the final product. I did also buy a small bird to be nestled in the arrangement as well as a stunning heart for our fireplace mantle at home. In short, great find, talented people, unique inventory, customer focused, and a pleasure to do business with.

But they are by fact the worse dispensary when it comes to sale products and specials. They are only friendly when you are buying loads of products. One time for example, I went in and asked for what they had on special and the manager Ryan said they didn't have any specials. Then when i saw him talking to another customer he had a sheet he was reading off current daily specials. Hopefully, there will be more businesses like this that can be honest when talking to people. So, if you have your brand new 2026 camper delivered to a campsite (you plan to leave it there) & the air conditioner goes out after 3 weeks (when it's 91 degrees out and only the 2nd day of use) and half your electric goes out and the lock on the main door doesn't shut properly... you're screwed. Their answer, we can't help you unless you bring it in for service or call a few places and see if they will fix it under warranty. Pathetic customer service from the start.
