Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Needed wheels fixed on the vacuum and they told me take it myself to Pinch a Penny. His is after a $125 service charge. More than triple charged me for plugs for my pool fence. Bought an American Whirlpool hottub from this company at their Lakeland location two years ago…read more Went with a local company, knowing we would pay more, because support was important to us. They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced. Now they no longer service these hottubs and that I need to call the company to see who can service it. They couldn't/wouldn't help me find someone to service it! Guess now that they have my money, I'm on my own. Would never go back there again. UPDATE: Closest certified American Whirlpool service center wants to charge me $471 for travel expense. I have messaged this company to ask for help since they assured me they would still service the hot tub we bought and I never heard back from them (that was over a week ago. I also called the Brandon location to see if I could get some help and all I got was "I'm sorry!". No offer to help in any way. I hope others will see this before deciding to do business with these people.

They removed old pavers and installed new ones with…read moreperimeter drainage, refinished the pool surface, installed new heater, filter, pump, lights, ozone generator and rock fall. They also fixed some settling issues around the perimeter of the pool. The crew was excellent and Dominic kept me informed. The longest delay was waiting for the pavers. The only complaint I have is regarding their pool rescreening subcontractor they use. He wasn't very good as the screen often pulled out from the channel. Eventually after a number of visits the issue was fixed. My recommendation is to get someone else for the screening. Anyway, it is now 6 years later and everything is working well. I recommend Apollo pools. My job was a total makeover and they managed every aspect well. I have no complaints and would use them again.

From the very beginning, they made us feel like we were in good hands and turned a nightmare into a wonderful and beautiful project. Communication was excellent, and the project was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. We are more than satisfied with the results and the overall experience with GRACO. He took measurements and explained the process to me, a few days later I had a estimate to screen in my patio which is 14' X 42' which was very fair. I then decided to add another ten feet to bring it out to 24' x 42', no problem for Larry. Once the materials arrived to my home it took his team no time to build out my screen patio. I must say that Stephen the foreman kept my informed every step of the way. I must say the me and my family our pleased with out new patio which includes three ceiling fans and additional electrical outlets. Short story - I hired Bay Pools to service my new pool they ended up stealing from me…read more Paul made a mistake servicing my pool that resulted in calcium build-up on my walls and tiles. He admitted his mistake but refused to cover or even SPLIT the cost to fix his error. Reluctantly I agreed to pay the total amount ($500) for him to fix. About a week later, he invoiced me the full amount. I immediately asked, "Is everything finished because there still seemed to be some issues?" He said they had more work to do but was concerned that I hadn't paid the bill. I told him I don't pay for services before they are completed but he can invoice me half now and half later. He invoiced me the $250. I paid immediately two weeks ago, and he ghosted me since I made that payment. No service, no response, no nothing. I am ok with mistakes, and I can even swallow paying a small amount for them if I believe they were accidental or misunderstood. BUT essentially, he stole from me in the end, and he invoiced, knowing he would not do the job. I hope the $250 is worth it. I'm guessing sharing this info with others will make it, so it's not.

Thankfully we made a great choice using ultimate pool remodel company. They were very courteous and respectful, answered multiple questions and reply to emails and phone calls quickly. Their was very professional and knowledgeable. And in the end did fantastic work. They were not the most expensive they were not the cheapest. They were right in the middle and we're glad we chose them for the value. They did amazing work. What made it better is they kept the timeframe that they said it would need to be done. Although our job was small, they took the time to do it right and make it look great. Thank you to all their staff for their work.
